FACILITIES: 3.5/5 -Pretty basic but enough -Works on progress, restaurants is not ready yet, many drinks are not available at the moment (visited november) -seriously slow elevator (stairs is not easy to reach, not sure where its located) LOCATION: 5/5 near airports (less than 5 mins drive), mini market next door, restaurants walks distance, huge gift shops such Krisna & Joger PARKING: 4/5 Could only hold for 4 cars maximum (front of hotel parking) Not sure with the basement DESIGN: 4/5 clean simple & modern. Details. STAFF: 5/5 Attentive Fast check in & check out Ready to help CONS: -no hairdryer -no room directory

affordable price with highly recomended!
This hotel is good for traveler who want's stay at hotel with good service and good price to deal, last week I stayed at this hotel and the staff are very polite and warm, the room is good but the bathroom is not too good because the smell is very annoying. but so far this hotel is recomended

Hated this place
The walls are paper thin. When the elevator stops on my floor, the "ding" sounds like an alarm and it goes off all the time. It was so loud I had to wear headphones, earplugs and install a white noise generator on my phone to sleep. The towels smell funny. Like they were washed without soap. Asked the desk to call me a taxi and the hotel tried to rip me off. They told me it would cost 100k to go less than a mile. It should have cost no more than 30k. I had to haggle with the hotel to get a fair price which a good hotel would do for you. Room is ugly. It's new and clean but could be mistaken for a hospital room. Breakfast was awful. They ran out of most things by 9am and didn't replace anything. The place is a mile from town, much better places closer. I'm glad I only booked one night. I'll stay somewhere else the rest of my time in Ubud.

Family holiday
Very nice place to stay and friendly staff.. Very clean and lovely roof top pool ... Good very nice and rooms clean.. Staff all very helpful and a good location .. Would stay there again , told friends about the place and they booked in too and were very happy with the hotel

Nice design
Hotel located is far from center. Hotel have nice design and very impressive. Breakfast is very simple and limited. The staffs are very friendly. Small swimming pools on the top floor also nice with city view
