  Buena opción en Almaty!

  Nos alojamos por tres noches y fue una buena opción. Almaty es una ciudad que nos encanta y Grushevy fue una buena base para recorrer aún más. La ubicación es ideal. Está en la zona residencial y de moda de Almaty. Bares, tiendas de ropa, supermercados, todo a unos cinco minutos a pie. Tomamos una habitación doble standard y estaba muy bien. Con heladera, una cama muy cómoda y un baño muy espacioso. El desayuno es normal. Cafe, huevos y panqueques. Todo elaborado en el momento. El staff super amable y con muy bien manejo de inglés. Para nosotros fue una excelente parada!

  Budget Friendly Hotel

  I was checking in at night - so my first impression was not so good as the hotel is located on a side street to the main road that is extremely dark; after the check-in, I found this hotel very safe and comfortable. The staff is very friendly, speaks English and always ready to assist you. Breakfast timings are 8 till 10 - but the staff asked me if I am planning to have breakfast then they will prepare for me at 6am as I was leaving early for the airport. The hotel arranged a very cheap taxi for the airport which cost only 1200kzt. Free WiFi available in the room.

  hotel with mosquitos

  I was surprised to have many mosquitos in my room, could not sleep all night. The bathroom and amenities need to be renewed . Breakfast is very poor and limited. But the reception and staff are kind and they can assist with your queries. I paid cash when I checked out and they could not give a receipt and promised to send by email, but they forgot or just rejected. I think there are many other hotels for the same price and much more.

  Choose another place

  We came here because our trip to Kyrgyzstan ended earlier and our guesthouse was already fully booked. First on the bright sight, location is really great close to all city attractions and prices are on the budget side, but thats all. Rooms are tiny. Beds are as hard as sleeping on the floor. Cleaning is provided only if you stay three nights or more. Breakfast is just eggs or porridge and one cup of tea or coffee. Personell is not really kind nor helpful... Don't come here if you plan to stay longer in Almaty.

  Not good

  Quality of hotel is low. Room is not clean. Only badsheets was fine. But in all room and bathroom was old dirt. The receptionist guy is not nice. They have the breakfast time at 8. We needed to get this breakfast at this time,because the driver from orgaznized trip would pick up us at 8.30.Whey were late with the breakfast and we tired to negotiate the time or money for this breakfast for which we have already paided. But the receptionist started to jyell at us. Not the best solution for the gests...
