  Do You want to drink from the same glasses dogs do?

  So.You should inmediately visit this "four stars hotel". We like animals, but the presence of a dog in a dining room of a four star hotel is quite strange, would You agree? Well, so be prepaird to find Czech guests leting there dog drink from a normal glass taken from the table. And the waiters will not react....: the hotel people just consider everything is ok. Sorry, but I don't know the opiniom of the italian sanitary inspection...

  4 stars is a joke

  Hotel is definively not a 4 stars one, I would rate is as 2 stars. Horrible food, much tastless, only good thing they served was a tiramisu. We've been waiting long for food, they served first dish for dinner around 8 pm and when u r starving after all day skiing is just too late. Swiming pool is very small and bubbles machine of course was out of order. No welcome drink or animations for guests. no mini fridge in rooms. Staff does not speak English much. for this money u can get sth much better.

  Authentic, a bit worn, great service

  We were 4 friends who stayed at Grünwald during the weekend when Marcialonga took place. At first glance the hotel looked like it was in the need of renovation, however, at the same time it was authentic for this small and very charming village. The staff were super friendly, especially the lady at the front desk. She actually gave us her private shampoo, and some other guests got to use her car for a day trip skiing. The bartender stayed up until early morning to please the guests, even though he probably was really tired. Never tried the spa, but had a quick massage, which was ok. Never had dinner at the hotel, and breakfast was no more than ok. Some of the rooms were quite small, but clean. The rooms for three persons were much bigger though. Some noise from the road outside, would ask for a room not facing the road. Would consider to go back, but only for the location and very service minded staff.

  Very nice hotel!!!

  Hey... I have been with my family at this hotel on February this year for a week and I was impressed by the location (near two ski areas Pampeago about 15km and Cavalese 10min by walking) the rooms was very clean, warm (a little bit too warm) the food was super good and various, next to our room (no. 104) was the children playground room and spa area was also very nice!!! I recommend this hotel!!!

  Friendly hotel in great location

  We have been here for one week with my family . Hotel has great atmosphere , friendly staff , rooms are authentic with balconies facing the mountains. Hotel is located off the main road . Great selection and variety of food for breakfast. Special thanks to Mathias, Vasco and all staff for making our dining experience enjoyable . I would recommend this hotel and we can't wait to come back !
