  Lovely place, great location.

  Only reason I didn't give this a 5 is that we found tissues and plastic under the bed when we were checking we'd left nothing behind. Otherwise, it's a nice big unit, quiet, good kitchen and bathroom, very comfortable bed. 5 minute walk to supermarkets and restaurants and about 20 mins to the Saturday market. Staff very helpful.

  Comfortable and quiet stay

  We recently decided to go to Hobart for a couple of days and was looking for somewhere with offstreet parking. We had stayed here previously, but a long time ago. We picked Grosvenor Court partly on price and its location as well. On arrival we were very surprised to find what looks like a fairly recently facelifted unit. It looked like the weren't overrun with clients but it was nevertheless a very comfortable and quiet stay. Very handy to Sandy Bay shopping centre with easy access from Hobart. Less than a $10 taxi ride to Hobart wharf precinct. Would definitely stay here again.

  Enjoyed the accommodation with friends over Christmas

  A wonderful place within budget

  We were there for 4 days during the Christmas 2020 holidays. Very big two bedroom apartment with full kitchen facilities. Woolworths, Coles and all shops are very close. Plenty of parking space. Nice bathroom. Highly recommended.

  Need a lesson in hospitality

  As a family who has stayed many times at Grosvenor Court, we booked for a weeks holiday in early January. Unfortunately because of COVID we weren't able to transit through Melbourne Airport and could not make the trip.... we were very disappointed. We had also booked a hire car, various trips, restaurants etc who were very happy to sympathetically refund our money. All except Grosvenor Court. The lady who answered the phone was very rude and when I explained we didnt have a choice and it was beyond our control her reply was amongst other things- "not my problem we have bills to pay too". Our holiday is rebooked at Easter - Needless to say we will never stay there again.
