Just OkayI will begin my review by saying that my daughter and nephews enjoyed their stay. They were 3, 5 and 6 years old. Upon entry into the resort it was very apparent that it has been around for a while. It had a dated feel. The waterpark was okay. The arcade was okay. The onsite restaurant was okay. The ice cream shop was overpriced. I think it was an okay size for a quick, local getaway. The electricity went out on the last day of our stay, which didn't help. There was an electricity outtage in the area, so it was not the resort's fault.

Save your money!First of all if you come for the water park, you have to reserve time in a 2 hour interval. I can understand this because of the virus, but the pool is closed down for cleaning on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and we were there on Thursday and there was green algae in the bottom and the water was cloudy and cold and paint was chipping off all over the sides. The slides were not opened and the lazy river wasn't running nor the wave pool so all we had was a pool. Basically I could have gotten a room anywhere cheaper and closer to home with just a pool. There wasn't any popcorn or cake pops to buy the ice cream was way overpriced and the pastry looked weeks old. The snack shop wasn't open (pool area) and the restaurant's limited menu ( maybe 5 entrees) overpriced and just awful food. They don't tell you that the free activity for kids are not available during the week. The arcades were closed. We ended up sitting in our room the whole time. I wonder how sanitized the room was as the 'clean' room had crumbs on the nightstands. Next time we want a get away I will stay closer to my house. A clean hotel room with a pool would be much cheaper. Last but not least...I have called and left 3 messages with the management office to give them a chance to respond before I write a review. NO response (I am not surprised) Terrible experience...won't be back!

Average stay with no problemsStayed here for a few days during the week and had no problems during the stay, except that the stopper in our tub did not work. Let the front desk know on our way out. We stayed during the week, so the resort had only a few guests staying. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Large flat screen tv. We ate at the restaurant. Excellent food and service, a tad over priced. Hotel staff was all very friendly. The shower had great water pressure and we were on the third floor. We used the water park one time, mostly for my one year old's enjoyment. The air temperature in the water park is warm, the kiddie pool is very warm, and the regular pool was 85 degrees. Yes, there is some discoloration from iron in the water, but nothing to actually worry about. With covid, there were no slides and you have to sign up for a time slot, but none of that was a big deal for us. Overall, a good stay.

Great valueThis resort has it all in a great value. They have a inside water park, mini golf course, hot tub for 15 people. A wonderful and very helpful and happy staff. The comfort of the room was exceptional. The breakfast was everything to our liking, delicious, hot and served with a smile. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone wanting to get-away and yet feel so at home when you get there.

Horrible customer serviceI had horrible customer service when trying to book a cabin. I looked online and could see that the cabin was available for the dates I wanted but had to call to receive my husbands veterans discount, when I called and talked to the front desk to ask questions before booking I was told they didnt have availability for a cabin on my dates, I then checked online again and it was available so I called reservations (the only time I had good customer service) and booked our room. When we arrived to the cabin it had not been cleaned the floors left our feet black it was so dirty, the toilet on the main level didnt flush, the shower in the basement had no hot water, and the master jacuzzi was not working properly. We had maintenance come to look at it and he said he dont have parts for the toilet or basement shower, so those just didnt work for our stay, he said he fixed the jacuzzi in the master but when we turned it on it shot out black debris from the jets, so that was unable to be used.
