  Great Service

  The service is top notch. The owners make sure that you are provided with everything you need. Rooms are clean and fairly modern. The staff are very helpful. Location is very ideal as it is right smack in the middle of Jakarta.

  UNFRIENDLY.

  If you are a local, then I would not recommend this place at all. I mean, despite the room that is very very small (really, they're small with no sunlight), the facilities are okay. New buildings, they clean it everyday, wash your clothing and all. But then my eating utensils start disappearing and I lost one of my tank tops. But somehow I was still okay with that. The one that really pisses me of is its owner and staffs' unfriendliness. Maybe if you are a foreigner they will be damn friendly to you. But if you're a local I don't think they will give the same treatment. Very money-oriented, very stingy. They asked me to give additional money for late check-out. Even a REAL hotel will allow us to do late check out for free! Yeah. To sum it up, I wouldn't recommend this place because of its staffs' unfriendliness. If only they learn to be nicer when talking with their tenants......

  Overpriced!

  So first of all, i couldn't check in on the date that we already agreed, and they informed me 2 days before my arrival because they accept new customers to stay in my reserved room while i already paid for the down payment. Despite their mistake, i was still asked to pay for the days that i did not stay there with damn irritating excuses. The building was totally over priced comparing to the same boarding house that's in the same area. The hot water did not run well, the laundry facility was awful because they write the room number directly on our clothes and i think they did not even use any detergent to wash the clothes. Despite the clean room, the room was dark, small,and doesn't get any sunlight at all. For the first week, my bed was contaminated with bugs and fleas, thankfully the staffs were willing to change to bed cover. Moreover, the windows was broken so there were a lot of mosquitoes in the room (i can actually hear the sound of mosquitoes over my head when i was sleeping) and the smells of people smoking was all over the room but the owner just didn't have the willingness to repair the broken windows with so many damn excuses. In the end, i asked the staffs to move to another room that i already checked the condition first. But what irritates me the most is the owner's attitude, she was very stingy and money oriented, she wanted me to pay directly by calling me 3x in an hour but then it was hard for me to get my deposit back with a lot of excuses, even 3 days after my check out i still didn't get my deposit back. Moreover, the way she treats her staffs was also not admirable as an employer. In conclusion, just don't stay here, it will not worth your money.

  Do not ever stay

  This place is not even worth even cents of your money. Despite the unworth price, the owner is damn bossy with all rules which is NOT even stated in first time you came. 50% deposit. Rude maid. Small rooms with NO SUNLIGHT. The first time I came I did complain about the air conditioning which is not working as expected. The owner came with the response that it is the condition you should ACCEPT & NOTHING THEY CAN DO. ALSO, IT IS NOT STATED IN FIRST PLACE. Difficult parking space. Bad laundry. Slow internet. Hot water not working. The owner and his son has same attitude and not even deserve any guest here. Do not stay.

  DO NOT STAY HERE!!

  My experience staying here: i stayed here for almost 4 months here So first of all the room is really2 small even to open a luggage there is no space. and they charge you really really high. furthermore, the bathroom is really small (size of a payphone box), my advise do not believe the picture, it may look bigger, but its not. Most importantly what really bugging me is the owner, She is really2 sucks and annoying. Everyday scolding the maid and always yelling non sense, which make me can not sleep and sometimes wake up in the early morning (cause scolding start in early morning and late at night). Even the adult Sons of the owner is also like that, So noisy.... thats my experience staying here. Glad now i'm outed already. So my advice find other places (if you want to stay longer and get more comfort).
