  Good hotel for skiers

  Visited this hotel 1st time. Quite clean and, which is more important - all employees are friendly and helpful. The restaurant on the ground floor is very good. One can park the car near the hotel (free of charge, public parking). The hotel has ski room, nice bar. In a walking distance to the ski lifts. Plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby.

  Horrible bar service

  We visited the bar of this hotel to have a drink. We were eight and we asked for a table and the waiter prepared for us two separate tables for four people. We kindly asked to prepare a bigger table to allow us to sit all together. The waiter got rude and threw the tables and the chairs around to please us which was (for us) unacceptable! We do not recommend this bar at all. Moreover the air smelled like sewer...

  AMAZING SERVICE - GOOD FOOD ALBEIT RATHER OVERPRICED!

  The service we had in this hotel restaurant was outstanding (albeit sadly on our second visit one of our family did not receive his chips for ages & when he did they were cold) Our first visit was far better. The gorgeous young lady (in smart bow tie) who was our waitress and maitre -d was very helpful and accomodating with a good knowledge of local Vale d'Aosta wines & advised us well on menu choices. My fdavourite place in Cervinia albeit a bit overpriced!

  The location is good,

  The location is good, but the hotel itself is not the best I have stayed in. The room we had was very oddly set up, it appeared to have presses that just wouldn't open, we then discovered that it looked like a future kitchen set up that was never finished. The breakfasts were poor . The owner seems to be an artist with displays of his work everywhere, while it was unusual it was very similar to the " Dia de los Muertos" masks and decoration in mexico. Staff were very friendly. I would however not choose this hotel again.

  Amazing service

  We have just spent a week at this beautiful hotel. The hotel is situated about 100m from the slopes/lift and it is on the main high street. The hotel is beautifully decorated and the room was a good size. We had a double bed which is a novelty on a ski trip! We were with our 9 month old son and the team at the hotel could not be any more accommodating. Luigi and the staff looked after us and really made us feel welcome, they made our son feel special all of the time and were a huge help when he was poorly. All the staff were asking after him The location is amazing, the rooms are super comfortable and clean with lots of hot water, the rooms were also nice and warm. The food was great and there is a huge wine selection if thats your thing. There was a 4 course meal every night and buffet breakfast. There was a good variety of meals. The boot room you have your own locker for your kit. I cannot thing of any thing that could be improved on-it really is a beautiful hotel and has everything you could possibly need. We loved it.
