Terrible quality... Do not spend your money here!!We were last year in Grifid Encanto.. 200 meters from Vistamar and it was all great no issues This year.. We decided to come to Vistamar. Big mistake Poor food for an ultra all inclusive hotel. Parking almost always full. They will transfer you to another parking few km away from the hotel Staff...some of them pretty rude. One of them spoke very disrespectful to me and my gf. We took it to the management, of course nothing happened They don't even bother to shake your cocktail. When they serve you the food they do it with such disgust... It wasn't all bad, but for the money you pay you expect some sort of respect from the staff.. Ultra All-inclusive is not actually ultra all inclusive You have to pay for the parking and THE INFINITY POOL.

Outstanding hotel - poor quality!The Vistamar is a wonderful hotel, outstanding location, superb rooms and good service. Unfortunately, the entertainment and loud music by the pool is a nightmare! The Bolero opposite is a CLUB HOTEL, where I expect music and entertainment all day - but not at the Vistamar! Also, the drinks (Pepsi) and Cocktails served are below standard and of very poor quality. Same for the very basic food. The only way to get better quality is to book a Concept Room with free access to the Sky & Bar A-la-carte-Restaurant, which is offering lovely food and drinks from the bottle. Unfortunately, for dinner it is closed. The hotel wants to be Premium, but for a regular guest it is not. Like the Metropol next door, it should be Adults Only with less entertainment and more Premium offerings.

No ultra all-inclusive , arrogance and mockery !!!Unfortunately, the hotel does not even deserve the title of ultra all inclusive. The room was immature and everything means minibar, towels, bathroom supplies for 1 person, although we made the reservation for 3 adults. The bedding was not ironed, it looked as if it had been used. We had to go twice to the reception for someone to come and fill with the bedding for the third person. The beach is very dirty, the sunbeds are not disinfected. The staff is malicious and even aggressive and with little respect for customers. Aloooo, the management, we pay for ultra all inclusive, not for portions and arrogance !!! We work the money we pay to make fun of its guest !!!

Beautiful with a few improvements neededI haven't been to Golden Sands for 15 years. During this time the number of hotels has increased and the beach has become smaller. It is immediately clear that the stretch of sand is way to narrow to accomodate the thousands of tourists that can stay at the numerous and huge hotels of the resort. For example, Metropol with 139x2 persons and Vistamar with 226x2 add up to 730 persons. The two private beaches can accommodate a maximum of 160 persons and the three pools around 160, that is only half of the guests. Pros: Very nice newly renovated hotel. Beautiful design. The rooms have all one can possibly need. Everything is functional and satisfying.The view is stunning. Plenty of bars for AI .The staff is kind, proffessional and has basic knowledge of English. The food laks variety but what they have is very satisfying. Excellent organization of car parking. If no places left around the hotel , a minibus will show you the way to the parking lots of other Grifid hotels and will bring you back at the hotel. The SKY terrace on the roof is perfect for relaxation. The view is fantastic, the infinty pool hanging above the sea is from a dream and the music complement this dream perfectly as well as the bar and the restaurant. The Concept service adults only . Cons: For Concept service they avertise a Grifid welcome pack on arrival. We haven't seen anything. I think the worse thing is two promise something and to not deliver . For the same Concept service they adertise RITUALS toiletries. Normally a toiletry set will be comprised of at least Shower Gel , Shampoo, liquid or solid soap and a body cream. Of all of these only the shower gel and the shampoo exist, BUT inside the branded bottles is anything but not something from RITUALS. By coincidence or not it happens that right now, from this year, we are into the RITUALS brand and we know it quite well. So we know very well how they smell. Not only the substances the hotel is putting in the bathroom bottles do not smell like RITUALS, but they don't smell at all. This is the second promise broken. The noise from the pool is unbearable. All day long from morning till 23:00. The cleaning services ar far from what they should be.

Overall was good with small but important improvement neededHotel is really good located and with high quality of services re bars, restaurats and cleaning service. However reception desc - the place which should be the first impresion for the guest the highest need to be improved. The ladies at the reception desk are not pleased and seems to be there for some panishment like someone fors them to work here. Any request was a problem, and even if the preened too sort something always took them so much time, and they never smiled to the customers. And any request taken by them take ages to be solve. Really disapointing service. The best was the roof top swimming pool with amazing view for the Golden Sand panorama and chill and quite but the rules and availability are not clear enough and you are not able to book this access in advance which require from you to go to the reception each morning and ask about accessibility. Food in restaurant was really good and if you do not have to go to the mind restaurant just book the served restaurant for each day - this is the best option to get amazing experience with high class service!!! Really recommended. After 4 days in the hotel when new groups of guest arrived I had a feeling that in the hotel was 100% rooms booked. Was really croudy everywhere.
