  Very Enjoyable Stay (Yet again!)

  We have been staying at this hotel for many years and have enjoyed another stay. The standards are always very high and the hotel manager is always very visible checking everything is in order. The food is of a very high quality and a visit to the 3 a-la-carte restaurants is highly recommended and don't miss a chance to go to the meat fest - just book in advance at the desk by reception. There is always a good selection in the buffet restaurant and fresh food is always being cooked, often in front of you, and so you will always be eating fresh food. We only go to breakfast if we are on an early trip, but instead enjoy the set continental breakfast served around the quiet pool. We found a sun lounger and a shade always available round the pools and on the private section of the beach. The strength of this hotel is the staff which are always very friendly as well as being efficient. The only disappointment was the bar saloon (disco bar) which opens from 11pm - 2am and probably needs a re-vamp to get more people to visit. There use to be especially fun bar staff that were always happy to have a laugh and a joke. It disappoints me when I see some small complaints on TripAdvisor about this hotel as the hotel management will bend over backwards to fix any slight problem you may have. If you don't mention the problem to them how can they fix it!!! We will be returning next year.

  Grifid Arabella - Almost perfect

  Now in July me and my parents were at this hotel. we had a wonderful room, very clean, very large and bright (number 627). the minibar was daily supplied with beer, juice and 2 bottles of water. we were greeted with a glass of champagne which was also at breakfast. very good food, extremely varied for all tastes. beverages at your discretion with self-service beers, wine, natural and sour juices. Only one minor aspect bothered me. The sun loungers at the beach were only 2 / room although we paid tickets for 3 adults. I asked at the reception and they confirmed that. Many thanks to all those who took care of us during this stay (maid, restaurant staff and from the reception but first and most the very kind gentleman from the reception who I suppose was the manager). We will definitely return!!!! Thank you very much for your courtesy

  You need a renovation and better behavior! !

  When we arrived, in july , werent many people booked. The pool was very dirty and in the hotel smelled weird. Things got better, more people booked in, the door from the garden locked us outside 2-3 times, but wasnt a problem. The rooms were ok, but the lobby and outside of the hotel havent been renovated for 20 years! The worst thing for me was at check out, when i asked if we can leave the car 2 more hours so we can go to the beach. We asked the girl from the reception and she said the services of the hotel ended at 12:00 and we cant leave the car there (we stayed in the hotel 5 days and we cant park the car for 2 hours - we paid the parking in those 5 days). The hotel have to be ashamed for this situation. We stayed 30 more minutes because we had some friends wich just check in and the same girl looked to as like we were thieves or something. Also, a drunk man was in lobby, he was very loudy, but the security didnt do a thing. Worst services ever!!! Never come back!

  First time on the Bulgarian coast

  Grifid Hotel Arabella is a good choice for holiday family Arabella is the first hotel from Grifid Group, is family hotel All the facilities you can see on different sites are real. The hotel has 4 stars, with services ultra all inclusive, one main restaurant and 3 restaurants ,,a la carte with reservation one day before I recommend to family with childs this Hotel.

  Amazing

  Staff is very friendly. Hotel is very nice and clean. Rooms is big and brilliant, cleaner is super because every day puts something on the bed like toys. Food is perfect. Beach is only two minutes walk.
