  Rolled the dice and it paid off

  I was skeptical about this place but rolled the dice and stayed here one night. I was pleasantly surprised. Room was spacious and clean, bathroom very updated with glass sliding shower doors, very comfy bed. Reminds me of a quaint hotel in Europe. Nice staff too. Breakfast was a little lacking and yes, the water has a brown tint everywhere in Greenville. Overall, it was a pleasant stay in the older historic part of town.

  Older hotel but nice up to date inside

  This hotel was older on the outside but the inside is mostly modern, clean and comfortable. I was booked into a double room and everything in the room was up to date. The value of the room price was fair for the area. The hotel is not in a busy place and close to the casino. It was quiet the nights I stayed and the parking lot had plenty of room. There is a fence around the lot for added security and I was able to park by my window just for added comfort. All in all this hotel was good for the area and competitive with other lower quality hotels.

  Really Nice!

  This updated hotel in the historic area of Greenville exceeded our expectations! The staff was very friendly.The room was really elegant and very clean, and the breakfast was ample! We would definitely stay there again!

  Good place to stay if youre going to have dinner st Does Eat Place

  Hotel is real close to restaurant and casinos. Rooms are Being renovated also its across the street from the entertainment district. That could be loud, so ask for a room closer to the entrance. hotel is below Levee

  Don't Be Mislead

  I recently stayed at the Greenville Inns & Suites in Greenville, MS. This was not my first staff her but my fourth stay. Since my last visit, this hotel had no longer has wi-fi internet connectivity. During my recent, December 27-30, 2019 stay there were no room keys for guests my entire stay recently. There was NO plan to fix either of these problems. The staff presented themselves as professional and congenial as possible but had no capacity to address the problems. Guests were given a wi-fi code that had not worked for months, and they seemed alarmed that it didn't. One staffer just put it off on the IT department that is remote. The front desk clerk had to leave the front desk to walk a guest to their rooms to give them access. Doing this created an unsecured condition for the guest as well as the staff. It was reported by staff that they were unable and unknowing on how to reach the corporate office and largely depended on a supervisor who was on leave until January 6. This hotel has such great potential -if only its corporate office would give it the infrastructure attention it needs in terms of technology and ensuring its staff is adequately training to troubleshoot and resolve problems as mentioned here. Although there is no picturesque view, the rooms are large and spacious than most economically priced hotels. I would like to offer a higher rating but with no wi-fi, no room keys and the added dissatisfaction of no continental breakfast is really a huge disappointment. Does corporate think that it is ok to treat Greenville, Mississippi this way?!/ The staff at the hotel is commended for the courteous service that they provided but corporate and management of this Greenville Inns & Suites is far less than satisfactory.
