Nice relaxing breakJust spent 2 nights and could not have been made to feel more welcome. Rooms were spacious, bit old fashioned but clean. Fresh sheets and towels. Had our 2.5 year old daughter and was catered for perfectly. Parking not the biggest but plenty room in side streets. Nice place to stay and will be back in the near future.

2 night breakWe booked in & was shown the room. Clean tidy plenty of tioletries cet, I was going for surgery next day & should have been out the following day. But things went wrong & the stay had to be extended. Nothing was too much trouble for Janice she booked taxis for my wife & was really supportive juring her extended stay. Must Galso say thanks for letting Dot take Bella out a drop dead gorgeouse black lab 15 wks. Good breakfast

Welcoming and warm place to stayStayed here for two nights while hiking in the lakes. Fantastic lovely people, they really couldn't do enough for us. Breakfasts were great. Rooms nicely decorated. Steve was decorating the stair well and will look spot on when finished. I was able to park my car in their secure rear parking. Was made to feel very welcome. They've a lovely young black lab called Bella too!

Short notice bookingMy wife and I booked into this B&B at very short notice on the Bank Holiday weekend. It was very friendly and welcoming, and very dog friendly. The proprietor went beyond the call of duty in assisting us during our short stay.

Wonderfully helpful proprietorI have absolutely no negative comment. We booked a weekend here through booking.com and on arrival we were informed that the website made a mistake in pricing (actually double original quote) they also booked us for the weekend after we intended. The proprietor was under no obligation to house us and yet welcomed us with open arms, gave us an upgraded room which had absolutely everything we needed. The towelling dressing gown and slippers were a lovely touch. I can not speak more highly of the guesthouse and it's proprietor. I will strongly suggest booking directly and avoid booking.com as they were incredibly rude and deliberately unhelpful when I contacted customer services for advice. A wonderful stay overall and Thank you Greenbank guest house.
