  The Comfort resort in Belitung

  This resort is located near the heart of Belitung City. The rooms are comfort, cool, wide, and clean. I think it is nice to honeymoon or family trip. There are three swimming pools. The restoran provide testy food.

  Recomended Hotel If ur staying at belitong

  We have a company outing here , and the place looks nice and mix with nature and trees , i felt like ur on the mountain somewhere , this place kind o far to the beach but the hospitality in this hotel are very nice and u have to try the indonesian breakfast such as ayam goreng , very delicious breakfast and overall this hotel not so expensive and very nice employee and staff , if i comeback again i will definetlly stay here again in this hotel

  BEST HOTEL WITH MANY FACILITIES

  I went here for a media and blogger trip last week and I feel so happy. This hotel is easy to access and has many facilities. They have 3 swimming pools (2 adult & 1 kid), delicious breakfast, mini zoo, and many more. The staffs are friendly, the room is spacious and comfortable. I stay here for 3 nights. U can ask their help anytime and they help you with smile.That is how their hospitality attract me to come here again next time.

  Would recommend.

  Clean and comfortable. Room and bath are huge. 2 big swimming pools for adults and children. Very beautiful surrounding and landscape.They have a few unique squirrels in the garden. Breakfast is good too.Will stay again.

  Disappointed

  This review covers two aspects, one the hotel proper & the other is the booking agent i.e. AirAsiaGo. I booked 4 nites together with flight with AirAsiaGo on their maiden flight to Belitung. Hotel failed to inform that 2 out of 3 pools were under repair, with the children pool just half filled. Most amenities in room not up to standard. Soap/shampoo dispenser broken, air conditioning poor output, receptionist didn't explain any information regarding hotel facilities upon check-In. I decided to check out the next day (although I have paid for 4 nites) and booked another hotel for the next 3 nites (extra expenses). Otherwise my vacation will be destroyed. As fas as AirAsiaGo is concerned, I have written my concern about the above experience and requested some sort of refund or compensation for not informing me about the condition of the hotel they recommended. Guess what? I still have not heard from them. There goes the "Complain Management" arrangements. It has not been a pleasant experience as such. My decision to book another hotel saved my vacation and enjoyed what Belitung has to offer.
