En el hall de entrada hay una recepción abierta las 24 horas, caja fuerte (con cargo extra), servicio de cambio de divisa y un ascensor. Además, tiene a su disposición una cafetería, varias tiendas, un bar, un restaurante con tronas, peluquería, conexión a Internet, servicio de atención médica y un aparcamiento.Todas las habitaciones y apartamentos cuentan con cuarto de baño, secador de pelo, balcón o terraza, nevera, aire acondicionado regulable individualmente, calefacción, teléfono de línea directa y TV vía satélite o por cable.     Average at best

    Ended up here after a disastrous stay at another hotel, so we tried not to be picky. Basic, simple room, cleanish. Keep in mind that the hotel accommodates school groups. Feels a bit hectic with all those kids wandering around unattended, especially at mealtimes in the canteen. Limited choice of mediocre food, some greasy dishes too. The pool was very pleasant, so was the surroundings. Far walk from the beach. Hard to recommend it.

    The worst communist hotel ever!!!

    So first things first, we were a group, first and last time in this hotel... Oh gosh, this was the worst experience we ever had! Let's start with the rooms - the fact that we were a group, the maids had an agreement to come and clean our room once every 7 DAYS! not even bed linen, not even taking the thrash out, a nightmarish 20-day stay... The staff is really unprofessional consisting of Russian ladies which are really toxic if you even ask them to get you toilet paper... The next problems were the extremely overpriced little hotel shop, you HAD TO PAY FOR WIFI (1lev/hr) which some dudes could crack with some efforts, you also had to PAY FOR THE FREAKING AIR CON - it was summer and logically the air was really hot and moist And the latest and most problematic thing was the canteen/restaurant, the food was terrible, to put it mildly, legit this was the worst food I have ever tasted. WILL NOT EVER REPEAT AND STAY AWAY IF YOU ARE A GROUP!!!
