  Location is the only best thing

  Reservation confirmed quickly, smooth check in. There was no Mini bar but an empty fridge, No coffee packets but a kettle. I don't know why. Location was pretty good , easy to reach the town. In the online booking details they've mentioned that there will be a balcony in Deluxe room and when I asked for the balcony they just open the window and said this is the balcony we have. Better to go for a superior cuz Deluxe makes no difference... GOOD WIFI :)

  Poor stay but great location and staff

  This hotel has a wonderful location, located near many shops, restaurants, the post office and the sea. They were having renovation on the first floor. Our room was spacious, but dirty. The bed had a sheet with many holes, as well as a throw with holes and two dirty pillows. The towels also had holes in them. They definitely need to invest in some basic bedding, towels and cleaning.

  Worst hotel i've stayed in my entire life

  If it would be possible to rate it -1, i would. It's far away from everything. The beach is about 700m, the city centre is 7-8km and with the traffic that's about 30min minimum. Dirty room, dirty sheets, dirty walls. The hotel provides no breakfast as opposed to the information we were provided when we made the booking. It's cheap, but that's the only advantage. We paid about 27$ and felt robbed. Huge bugs in the so called kitchen.

  It was ok to stay here mostly preferred by business traveler i guess, down the street there is a beach which is not so big i can say, all around you will find all kind of restaurants, grocery store, sim card store, opposite to hotel there is an indian restaurant which is budget friendly and good food available there, public transport is easily available from here, hotel breakfast was not so good, staff are very humble and kind, airport taxi you will get for 1750 LKR if you book yourself so don't go for this facility from hotel. rooms are not so huge on first floor if you are travelling with family make sure about the rooms before check inn.

  Update pictures because what you see here is not what you see there

  The wires are hanging from ceiling. Room smells and dirty bedsheets. I didn't care much as was outside most of the time. Was shocked to see breakfast as it was so basic. Staff was OK. But they should try harder to keep it clean. Everything was so old. I was sad that I canceled 4 star hotels and chose this place based on pictures
