  WORST OF THE WORST

  Just arrived here and... I WISH I AM RICH AS HELL SO I CAN MOVE THE OTHER HOTEL! First impression: nice view, but.. where is the bell boy? We have so many suitcases.. We booked 2 rooms with 1 extra bed for 2 nights, when we arrived at the hotel room, theres no extra bed, so we have to ask them, but THEY NEVER COME until 2 hours later :) and do you know what? THEY DIDNT EVEN WEAR A MASK! I mean they wearing a mask but not wear it properly :) let your mouth OPEN WIDE AND SPEAK AND SPREAD THE VIRUSES! And turns out they dont have an AC so we have to open the window widely, though I hate insects. We just arrived after a long trip and need a break. BUT WE CANT! Why? PEOPLE ARE ALL NOISY HERE + THE MUSLIMS WERE PRAYING AT 5-6 PM + SOME MUSICS FROM THE BACK OF THE HOTEL. NICE. Do u know that your customer here doesnt like noises and sick? I mean, NOT ALL PEOPLE LOVES NOISES AND I AM HERE GETTING AN HEADACHE, SO I REALLY NEED TO SLEEP. Finally, I tried to turn on the TV but why its not working? :( Then, I called them why its not working, they said we have to turn it on manually.... A BIG LOL is this really a 21st century? :( How about food? Lets see.. This happens in a day, and currently I am still here... Maybe if I cant have a sleep tonight I might go back. I come here to have some refreshments but what I get is the opposite.

  nice place to spend your weekend with friends

  i got me and my friends stayed here couple weeks ago. The first thing attracted me the most was the chapel, and they have huge area to be explored. The atmosphere was nice, the pool is nice. my suggestion before coming here is, you need to prepare yourself to be amazed for the view and surrounding. thankyou!

  Good place to escape from such a busy week.

  Located in one of the best place in bandung, Lembang; the first floor deluxe room was clean and neat, not to mention that the view of the balcony was excellent facing all the garden, trees, and green stuff. Pool and other facilities were great, they also provided an activity and clown for kids on sunday morning. Surroundings such as movie camp, hang out place, were all superb. Only wifi was quite slow. We have visited this hotel twice, and would love to comeback again.

  Stay-Pandemi-Cation

  Tanggal 12 - 13 Desember 2020 yang lalu saya sekeluarga sempat stay-pandemic break- cation di Horison Green Forest. So, here our experience in english (siapa tahu ada wisatawan yg cari reviewnya in english) We booked it through agoda, about month before for the Executive Room. We arrived at 1 pm. The receiptionist, "upgraded" our room to deluxe triple. We agreed. She said the key given at 2 pm. So we looked around. And ended up at their kampung awi resto for enjoy their "welcome drink". Health protocol. They did follow the rules! You have to come for breakfast at the time you chose when you checked in at the front office. And you not allowed to go inside the resto if you not wearing you mask on. Room. Our Deluxe triple room we finally got, located right behind their lobby. At the second floor. So if you came with ederly. You better used the lift, near their pool to the 6th floor (executive area). Deluxe 2nd floor building is the same level with 6th floor executive area. The room had balcony, quite spacious and have 1 twin and 1 queen size bed. Hot water available but not with the air conditioner, no needed at all. This room is count as three adult staying. So, if you are family with 2 children for example (one over 6 and one just a baby) this might perfect room for ya! No need to pay extra cost for breakfast or extra bed. Hotel area. Their green yard is remarkable! They have infinity pool facing "the green forest". Some iconic photo spot including the wedding chappel. Kids will love this place! But the resort is located at up and down hill area. So if you come with ederly, best for you to book the room near lift access. If you newlywed, go book their mezzanine or cottage or more private room back at their valley facing out the forest and river. Their cheapest rates room also have forest and river view. F&B We did have dinner here but not at their kampung awi resto. There's a food station near the sky garden. If you stay at deluxe or executive, this located directly behind your room. This food station have some hot drink, light meal and rice bowl. As for breakfast, we came at 7 to the kampung awi resto. They have indoor, semi outdoor, and outdoor area. We choose to sat and enjoyed our breakfast at the outdoor area. What you need to be consider is their provided only all Indonesian breakfast buffet. But still the have some bread, salad, some cereals and omellete. Need to concern! - If you stay on the rainy season, bring your own umbrella! - The sky garden behind the executive dan deluxe building is often used for wedding or open space cinema. It might bit noisy till 9 pm sometimes. - If you stay with kids or ederly. I do think their suites room and family cottage are best for you. But you can choose deluxe triple, too! - I can't find towel station near the swimming pool. - Stay and dine is best option. There's not lot resto nearby. - If you stay on the weekend. Kids activity provided near their kampung awi area at 8 am. We had great experience here overall. We deffinetly go back next time. Bena #fibeautyroomblog

  Less Privacy & Serenity

  Stayed at executive room 7th floor for 3 nights, but the window has no vitrase, so less for privacy. The safe deposit box broken. The room near the backyard with many events take place, untill late at night, so less for the serenity. Also the breakfast less for the taste and services
