    NOT FOR ENGLISH PEOPLE!!!

NOT FOR ENGLISH PEOPLE *YOU WILL WANT TO COME HOME AFTER THREE DAYS* **NOT DISABLED FRIENDLY IN ANYWAY** Please read full review as it is not all negative. If it is your first time heading to Turkey or if you have little ones and speak English then it isn't for you. So, positives. Our rep whilst being a salesman has been very honest and helpful and actually regained our sanity. He was a WhatsApp if we needed anything like taxis (mainly because the reception staff don't know what we are saying) The Turkish and the locals are amazing and  I recommend the esquina bar. Cheap and ever so friendly. All inclusive is okay. The hotel and its backdrop is stunning. Some of the staff love the English and they try their best to understand and cater. Now on the negatives (bear with me as this is very long.) 1. If you want to feel isolated, lonely, belittled and victimised by the Russians then come here. Rude, arrogant, entitled and self righteous. Absolutely disgusting. 2. Food is shocking only catered for the Russians and due to social distancing there is no menu or reasonable signage. There is also zero allergen information. Considering most things had nuts in. No signage to say otherwise. 3. No list of whats on all inclusive. All be it not very much, but shockingly russian vodka is on there. 4.toilet was broken had to fix it myself because trying to convey to anyone was a chore. 5. The hotel shop is a convenience store and charges double for most items. For instance 1 bottle of 70cl vodka 5 bottles of Alsager and some cookies was 40 quid!! Get a taxi both ways for 4 quid to the local supermarket and spend 15 quid.... enough said. 6. Taxis, be there at the front as nine times out of ten its a free for all. 7. Kids entertainment. I was begging to hear baby shark just once. Yes in 2020!!!! They do half of the hokey kokey in which they don't do it properly AND then its all in russian even though they know that there are British people. 8. The amphitheatre for the entertainment is on a cliff side and as far as we have found (because we haven't been given a map) has no access for buggies or disabled people. 9. No lists whatsoever. Drinks, menus, entertainment, facilities although we did get a menu for room service which you had to pay for. I know what you're all thinking another brit moaning, and should be grateful. Well, this is the thing  every other hotel or trip I have ever taken. This is my first bad review. In conclusion. Love turkey, love the hotel. Only if its empty. The village is truly stunning but come for a day trip from bodrum or altinkum. Ps. I truly believe that the staff actually like the English and prefer us but we will never know because even the market man told us what the hell are we doing here. Must be bad eh.

    Slimming world !

We booked this hotel as we needed a complete rest after a dreadful year. After reading about the facilities it sounded ideal. Where do I start ? Yes, lovely hotel, decent enough room although the only view was a tree. Cleanliness was fine, pool area good, although I can't say I wanted to listen to night club music all day with fowl language full blast !!. Bar staff were great unlike reception and views over the bay were stunning. Now the bad points, internet only in reception, beach isn't a beach but a jetty with a ladder to get in the sea, water had to be paid for in room, only 1 pool bar and 1 bar in the building so horrific queues. Facilities that were closed include tennis courts, playground, indoor pool, sauna, spa, fitness room, nightclub, massage, conference facilities, no room service, Italian restaurant, pool room. Food was a nightmare. Restaurant open at night 7 till 9 and the queue went round the room. The food was a disgrace. Broccoli, egg plant, olives, chips etc for breakfast. Lunch and dinner was the same. AWFUL !!!!!!. We were all inclusive and ate out for 7 days. I have stayed in many hotels, mainly 5 star and yet this was by far the worst as far as service, food etc is concerned. I understand that due to covid life has changed but DO NOT ADVERTISE WHAT YOU DON'T HAVE. Total waste of money. Spent more on eating out and taxis !!

    Hotel with a beautiful sea

The hotel is large with a green area, its main advantage is the sea. beautiful, clean, turquoise color. And also a lot of greenery on the territory. There were four of us in this hotel: three adults and a child (Veronika). Many thanks to the staff at the restaurant and on the beach, and especially Sultan and Hatice, the girls are very courteous and friendly, always happy to help! the children's animator was also very good this year. the disadvantages of the hotel are club rooms and water, which, instead of being put into the room every day, was sold for $ 1, three bottles, this is meanness. I would also like to note the poor work of the hotel manager and the reception of Marinka. Instead of help in settling, which we were promised from minute to minute, Marinka went to eat, leaving everyone behind, the manager generally decided to hide in his room. at the reception there is a very nice girl, unfortunately I do not know the name, she is so thin, she is very polite and always ready to help. We will come here again, just because the sea is very good.

    A very long 2 weeks

Where do we start? After a stressful arrival, love holidays cancelled our holiday but didn't tell us, the hotel found us rooms, we then had to pay extra to have our 72 year old deaf and less able father in the hotel rather than somewhere across the very hilly site. Had the hotel answered any of the 3 emails I sent many issues would have been avoided. On arrival the hotel looked very good, it all went down hill from there. Considering the hotel states the rooms were renovated in 2020 they were fithly. Writing on the mirror, blocked drains and just dirty. As was the whole hotel. The food, or bun fight was a joke, small selection of unidentifiable foods. The hotel states 1400 beds, is it possible under normal times to feed all of these in 2 hours let alone with covid restrictions, no it's not.I could go on for pages, the pool was clean, the offensive and rude music played was just to loud. the staff really tried but they are understaffed. Lifts! By the end of our stay only 2 of the 4 were working. They are also used by the staff for moving rubbish, dirty linned ect. Only 1 lift serviced all 7 floors! there were 3 services billed as closed due to covid, but there were numerous services just closed and closed for years, at least 3 restaurants plus a pool and other services. We were the only brits for the 1st couple of days, I think we made it to about 18 of us. This is a mainly Russian hotel. Drinks, if you want red or white wine, raki, gin, vodka or beer you'll be ok, anything else you had to pay, if they had any that is. Diet Pepsi, I asked but it was very hit and miss, I'm not sure I got it even when they said I did. I'm diabetic, I'm not just being difficult. Water other than small cups has to be paid for! No aircon in public areas not allowed. Most drinks weather in the bar, restaurant, snack bars or pool were paper or very thin plastic cups. I cannot see in any circumstance how this hotel ever was given a 5 star rating. Its 2 at best. I will be emailing the hotel direct. The animation team, did a good job keeping our spirits up. The security guard and a couple of bar and waiting staff also went out of there way to make our stay better.

    VILE HOTEL

On arrival the hotel looked very good, it all plummeted from there, the hotel states the rooms were renovated in 2020 they were filthy dirty, our bathroom had mould all over the ceiling, blocked drains, plugs not working, as for our sea view, if you like being stabbed by poisonous thorns itd all cool! We literally had thorns 1/2 inch on our balcony and all we could see was bushes and thorns! The food was horrendous, having spent a lot of time in All inclusive hotels (some 2 and 3 star) in many areas in Turkey I have never struggled to find something to eat, this was a joke, there is a small selection of unidentifiable foods and rolls lots and lots of bread rolls, which you also have to que for! The hotel states 1400 beds, its impossible to feed all of these guests in 2 hours let alone with covid restrictions, I counted 36 people in front of me for the hot food on our first day! Then theres the salad and drinks line! We witnessed staff taking wheelie bins of waste food and rubbish past us through the restaurant, the Russians well where do I begin! The intimidation and rudeness from them was real! Hardly no one spoke English, I myself know a little Turkish so managed to get by, the bar staff were good and animation were cool after I complained that I wanted some music played in English language, however the language used in the music played was far from appropriate for young children! The main pool was clean however I hurt my ankle in the gratings one day around the pool when it caved in. When I made them aware of this All they done was lay it back on top! The lifts, there were only 2 of the 4 working, they are also used by the staff for moving rubbish, dirty linned ect. Only 1 lift serviced all 7 floors! 3 amenities were supposedly closed due to covid, but there were various amenities and restaurants plus a pool that had been closed for years! The sides (only 2 working) were unsafe and if you do happen to use them you cannot get out of the pool at the bottom as the ladder only had 1 rung left of it at the top!!! If you are under 6ft 2 you would struggle! This is a mainly Russian hotel. Drinks, if you want red or white wine, raki, gin, vodka or beer you'll be ok, anything else you had to pay, thats if they had any left. Water other than small cups has to be paid for! No aircon in public areas not allowed. WiFi was virtually non existent. All drinks in the bar, restaurant, snack bars or pool were paper or plastic cups. I cannot see how this hotel was given a 5 star rating. Its 2 star maximum! The day before we left the door to our room had been left open by the cleaners, a cat had got into our room and peed in the bathroom, I was furious and on stating as such to the manager was asked are you sure it wasnt your husband ummmm no my husband is fully house trained thank you!!! All in all this hotel was disgusting from start to finish, I was shouted at one night in the restaurant because a member of staff was trying to get through and was talking to me in what I assume was Russian as I couldnt understand him! I have pictures AND videos to all these complaints!
