  Nice view of the river

  Stayed in a suite. Pros: - Spacious, modern room. Was told that the hotel had a refurbishment last year which explains the modern decor - Room was big and trendy, with a balcony - Clean room and good housekeeping - 4 bottles of complimentary water per day - Very nice view of the river - Fast, free wifi Cons - bad soundproofing. Excessive, nonstop honking of cars from the 2 highways outside could be heard all day except for 11:00pm-6:00am. Walls are thin and could hear people talking in the hallway. Poor sleep quality because of the noise - Breakfast and dinner buffet were underwhelming

  Great service

  went to this hotel with a China tour, dinner buffet is ok, room is clean, location is not good enough, walk at least 15 mins to the mall, great service provided by the front desk of a manager called (), help us book the foot massage and really helpful.

  Nice hotel with a good view

  It's a nice hotel, rooms have a good view on the river which is nice decorated with light. The room is not that big but good enough for 1 or 2 nights. The breakfast is nice even for foreigners, service is good. The lobby is fantastic. definetly will go again

  Good service

  We found the room is clean & tidy. Water pressure and hot water for shower is stable. Location is good for visit the outbound tourist area or even the local area. Every evening 20:00 beside the river had fountain (up to 168M high) and lighting performance. One incident is that the battery of safe in our room is low and we cannot open the safe. After inform the reception and the attendant immediate arrive try his best to open the safe Include replace the battery, with polite with professional manner. It is a good training staff same as his other colleagues. Furthermore the room is new renovated with forest rain shower, flat TV etc.

  Luxury stay

  This hotel oozes luxury. It's beautifully decorated and tasteful. Room is big. Comfortable bed. Great shower. ROOM HAS HEATING. Which is great on a cold heyuan day. Breakfast had a good selection especially the diy noodles. Cheap massage prices. Smooth check in and out Fast wifi. Great stay
