  A quick stay

  This was an unexpected trip and we have stayed in various hotels. This one was probably the best. The check in process was quick enough and the room was clean. The price was alittle high especially with so many restrictions in the area, but my daughter enjoyed the room which was spacious enough to give us personal space. Sadly because of the nature of our visit we didn't leave the room much, as i said this was unexpected and just the most convenient, so next time id like to stay with a better mind to take in what seems to be a very nice experience. We will be back!

  DONT STAY HERE!

  As soon as we stepped off the elevator I had a bad feeling. The walls were marked and the floor was dirty. We get to our room and the tape was across the door indicating the room had been cleaned and sanitized. That was clearly for show! The tv and stand were dusty, bathroom floor had long black hairs on it. The hand towel at the sink outside of the bathroom was not clean. We were willing to overlook these things because I had taken Clorox wipes and I wiped everything down. Also we were tired from driving 6 hours and visiting the casino before checking in. The final straw was when I stepped into the shower and started to close the shower curtain, 2 used wash cloths were on the shower rod. Disgusting!

  Convenient to everything within the casino.

  Spent 3 nights there. The beds are extremely comfortable and the staff were all friendly and helpful when we needed things. Also the hotel is very convenient to everything within the casino. The hotel needs some updating like adding data ports for electronics. Foxwoods has updated the other hotels and it's now time to give this one some TLC! We were disappointed that so many of the restaurants were closed, we ate off site for many meals that we would normally have eaten within the casino. Also the pool was not open. Can't wait to go back after Covid 19 is done, so many things weren't open because of it.

  not happy with room

  It was our first time at Foxwoods celebrating our Anniversary staying at Cedar hotel. I was very disappointed and unhappy because there were mosquitos in the room that bit me all night plus the shower kept filling up and the water was not going down disgusting. We called for another room and was told none available then they came up to fix the problem but it was not fixed at all. I won't be going back here the room was 508 just so you know.

  Cheap, Beat Up, Old, what else can you say?

  This is not better than a Motel Six. The bathroom is old and dated, the hallways are all dented and damaged and the bed is not comfortable. The elevators are small and not conducive to and distancing. I you could design a hallway to carry noise to the furthest spot possible, this place is a winner! We thought it was interesting that you could open the windows a bit in the room we had. Only problem is we were near the Subwqy Sandwich shop and all you could smell was their gross bread. Foxwoods as a whole is showing it's age. This is the end for any time there for us.
