  A boutique Hotel in the center of Port Douglas

  The rate quality/price is very good. The bed is very comfortable, you can sleep all day. The room is nicely decorated and it has very well-equipped. The staff helped us by phone when we arrive at the hotel. The room is a bits mall. When you arrive, you have to enter through the back door, because of the front is an empty building.

  Stay at Gratitudes boutique suites

  Not a great experience. Boutique and self check in do not go together. Bathroom size of a matchbox and beds of very poor quality. Nothing Boutique about this place as also next to backpackers and noisy pub :-(

  We stayed for 5 nights in January 2015 and were a little disappointed. Self check in, tiny bathroom and extremely noisy over night - we frequently heard one domestic going on or another. Far more suited to back packers than anyone hoping for somewhere nice to relax. Felt the rooms where not up to scratch as advertised - our room was very disappointing in comparison with the pictures we had seen when booked.

  Lovely, thoughtful managers and exactly what you need when you don't live in your holiday accom!

  I stayed here during Christmas 2013 and was so pleasantly surprised by the set up. the price at the time was a bargain, and i didn't plan on spending much time in-room during such gorgeous weather. However, there was air conditioning, free in room wi-fi and ipad, a sizeable tv, small ensuite, free bike hire and a comfy double bed with fresh linen. There was no kitchen (not a problem at all) but there was a kettle and some plates/bowls/cutlery. More luxury than I had expected!! Also, as it was my birthday and christmas, a card and something special had been left for me. The ladies who run it are so lovely and thoughtful and I really cannot praise them enough! It really was SUCH good value for money and the self service check out / no reception didn't provide any difficulties and there was always someone around during the day if you had any queries. Had a lovely chat and got some great tips from one of the ladies (i really wish I knew her/their names to compliment them more personally). Beautiful accom and service, 5/5 a thousand times over !!!

  EXCELLENT

  We stayed here in Sept 2014 and we had a room facing Macrossan Street with a balcony. What an amazing and clean place. Great parking spots behind the hotel and everything you need to have a wonderful stay. The tv and spacious bed was great and everything just fit for us in this place including the price. Stay here.... you will love it!
