  Good hotel and do not worry about the night noise

  Opted to stay here for 2 nights due to some memory reason. I stayed in the one bedroom suite and indeed the room size is very spacious but i do agree with some comments from previous reviews, the maintenance was not properly conducted and this might be alarming in the coming years if no serious efforts are being looked into. However, i still enjoy and love this hotel possibly due to the design, the staff good attitude (especially the lovely girl who worked on day shift), and also of course its prime location. The sound proof is good enough that the nearby night spot noises will not abrupt your rest in the room, so i will still recommend, some people may not appreciate it but i do like this hotel

  No title...

  This hotel or I must say serviced apartment is perfectly situated at the heart of the upper middle class night spots and first class restaurants but the hotel itself is at the poorest. Lacks facilities even simple things such as hair dryers and electric iron.Except for the English Speaking Receptionists; excellent service- I have seen them doing housekeeping,,,,see? Management, wake up!

  We stayed at the Grass Suites for one night in Bangkok. The hotel is set back from the street and accessed through an alley. We were given a suite, more like a one bedroom apartment than a hotel room. While the furnishings were sparse, it was comfortable.  There were two bathrooms which was unexpected, but their ventilation posed a problem as there was none: just a screen over the window opening. As a result, the heat and humidity, even in February was exhausting and spilled over to the rest of the suite when the bathroom doors were open.

  Shocking!

  Checked into the hotel after a delayed flight from the UK. I was told the there was no room service available as the "chef" had gone home early! Got to the room and didn't stay too long. 1. the door didn't lock properly 2. No towels in the room. 3. The aircon sounded like a jet taking off. 4. The room had a musty damp smell. Spend 5 minutes on the Internet and booked another hotel. Checked out after 30 minutes, the girl at reception didn't have a care in the world and told me no problem but no refund! It's a shame because the hotel is in a great location.

  The reception said this hotel would be closed as hotel in last June.

  So I stopped to come and found other better hotels in the city. I have to write something more under the instruction of this web site. From the 1st, this hotel didn't have their own restaurant. This building has some but those are not hotel's. So they didn't provide breakfast. On the othe side, there are many restaurants around there, you can choose every type of foods. But I think no need this info any more, because a receptionist said me that they would close this hotel and remake it as an apartment. This is an info when I stayed in March 2015.
