  WA Day longweekend 2020

  Lovely clean and tidy room with plenty of parking, plenty of power sockets, comfy bed - close to town centre. We stayed over WA Day long weekend, COVID-19 restrictions recently allowed stays. Contactless checkin with key was already in our room and check-out was just to drop off key in box by reception great. Room Service upon request. Draw backs a) no microwave to reheat or heat takeaways etc., b) room didnt really heat up due to location of a/c unit c) a cold draft came in the door to balcony right by the bed d) TV shelf too high to view from couch, awful images to watch at this angle e) front porch light globe not working

  Great service - thank you!

  Unfortunately we didnt actually get to stay here. Wed booked a room for 3 nights but our son was ill. Even though wed booked through booking.com and were too late to cancel, the hotel gave us a full refund. Very much appreciated, especially post-Covid, and well definitely stay here next time we visit Margaret River.

  Comfortable bed and pillows, Great Location and lovely staff

  LOCATION: Walking distance to the shops, excellent location, plenty of parking, felt safe RECEPTION: love the no contact check in and check out and if you need reception they were always available. Emma is such a great asset to the hotel. She was so helpful, kind and friendly. She responded very quickly with any queries. ROOM: good size for myself and my daughter. Aircon/Heater worked well. Great space in the sitting area and bedroom w spa bathroom. The room was very clean. It's an older styled room with a touch of nostalgia and history but modern and comfortable at the same time. TV works well. Bed and the pillows were so comfortable. Good quality toiletries with a generous amount for two people, towels were fresh and clean. Tea making facilities available with a clean fridge and provided good sized milk for coffee with bonus biscuits. I stayed at this hotel for the purpose of relaxation and this place delivered. FACILITIES: Has wifi, swimming pool (not heated) bbq area. They provide towels if you ask for them at reception for the pool. Disliked · WIFI was slow where I was and had difficulties connecting.

  Excellent

  I stayed here for work for a week, the unit was lovely and clean, spacious, and quiet. Semi bushland around the unit, sitting on the balcony in the mornings with a cuppa watching the birds come and go was so relaxing. The unit had the most luxuriously comfortable king-size bed, super soft pillows, and pristine crisp white linen, with a walk-in robe area, a very spacious bathroom clean and functional, Kitchenette area is an excellent idea with a small bar fridge and crockery and cutlery to use, however, it could have a small microwave in it. Within walking distance into town about 3 minutes.

  Huge room and unexpectedly luxurious

  We stayed here for one night and were pleasantly surprised by the size of the room and how luxurious it was. The room, kitchen area and bathroom were spotless. The bathroom was a great size and was all kitted out. The swimming pool was clean and tidy and we had great fun in it during our short stay. Beware it is only open 9am until 4pm. The rear outside area could probably be doing with some maintenance and upkeep as there was gravel, stones and leaves all over the rear patio area to the back of each room. A leaf blower and some weed killer is all thats needed here Id imagine. At $225 for one night it was probably on the expensive side, regardless we plan to return to this motel to make a weekend of it in future.
