  Las habitaciones son enormes y el servicio estuvo perfecto. Los precios no son baratos, pero la relacion precio calidad es muy buena.

  Family holiday

  Average hotel clean rooms food basic but u won't go hungry. Location good area. Pool rather small for amount of guests. Down side after checkout at 12 no facilities to get changed n showered if on late flight. Also no luggage room to lock suitcases away so not very secure.

  Holiday in sunny beach Bulgaria 2018

  We stayed in the grand sunny beach hotel the rooms was quite nice clean with twin beds we had a balcony with a view at the side of the hotel but could see the sea the bathroom is a nice size and has a shower good size wardrobe to fit all your holiday clothes also has a fridge and kettle to make tea/coffee .The hotel it self is very big and very nice has only one pool and in busy season there is not enough subbeds to go round the drinks are nice and not watered down the food on the other hand was awful as it was the end of season staff was very nice and the cleaners was cleaning the hotel all day and night I would stop at this hotel again but would go earlier in the season

  Great holiday bulgaria

  This is three hotels in one complex. We stayed in the bay resort in a family room. Great arrival and staff helpful. Our room very big with a huge balcony over looking the beach and looking down onto the complex. Room had a funny smell on entering but carpet was wet near bathroom door. Bit of a put of but eventually the small cleared. Rooms always cleaned and bedding towels changed daily. Food plentiful and does cater for all visitors from different parts of the world. I m a parky eater so lived on chips and chicken. Food could be like warm at times it just depends when you get there but there is a microwave to warm food up. Complex I cant fault. Three huge pools and a mini aqua park consisting of maybe ten slides although only five were open during our stay as the season doesnt start till June. Water Boltic but there was an indoor pool. Loads of play equipment dotted around for the children cafes and bars everywhere you walked on the complex. Mini super markets here and there too. beach towels provided and can change them daily. Little beach area again has play park for small children in shaded area. You have paying things to do such as bouncy castle indoor bowls mini golf and bumpy car all really cheap. Entertainment on a night was better than most places I ve been too. Kids club we didnt use but always children going there. Daytime entertainment again we didnt use but others seemed to be having fun. Loads of sun beds everywhere so didnt need to get up early to find a bed. Staff very helpful Local buses to take you into sunny beach for 130 lev just outside the complex pushchair friendly too or taxi 25 Levi. Great place to visit Lots to do there shops beach and restaurants. Would recommend Bulgaria to anyone with a tight budget as things are so cheap.

  Pleasant surprise! Beautiful grand building. Huge spacious room, great location, wide food breakfast selection pleasant helpful reception service and efficient housekeeping except where the coffee maker was. One suggestion: inform your guest not to put magnetic key with cellphones. It is a hassle to always go down and ask keys to be reactivated everytime. Another suggestion, instruct housekeeping to make sure coffee sugar, creamer are supplied daily. Two mornings, I wanted to have my coffee in the room and there were no coffee, creamer and sugar and the teaspoon I used the day before was still in the same cup! The rest of the room was impeccably clean smf bathroom supplies were abundant.
