Poor Service.I stayed in this hotel for about a week. I had no hotel reservation when i arrived in Istanbul so i choose whatever seemed convenient at the time. The hotel location is the only great quality about it, it's about 200 meters to Taksim square. Besides that, there isn't something special about this place. The room upon first look was clean and comfortable, but the lack of cleaning service made it horrible. No room should stay uncleaned for four days, that's a major error to have in a hotel. The buffet was poorly done and not enough for the residents. The staff was nice but didn't speak English at all. I would give this hotel an average rating for the money i paid if it weren't for the fact that i had no Internet in this place for the entire week. That's shocking to me, you'd expect an internet everywhere you go, but the first day we stayed, the connection were slow and mostly unresponsive, so you'd think it would get better eventually but no, it was gone all week and for no reason. I kept asking the staff about It and they kept lying about how there's a major maintenance going on in the entire country, which was B.S since we connected everywhere we went. We crossed the street every day to Starbucks and stayed until midnight just to have an internet connection.

Food is great, but the service is horribleWent here for lunch. The food was good but the hotel manager/owner was rude and unprofessional. Made us feel uncomfortable while we were having our lunch. Sad to say it was our last day and last meal at istanbul and made a very wrong choice of eating here. I will not recommend to anyone.

Very tricky and unreliable stuffNon speaking English, I have left my passport on reception and it was lying on table all night while I didn't wake up and called to police that I had Los it, I was going to embassy and my next flights could be cancelled and when I found it on table nobody said anything. Then in invited my friend to my room (2-bed room where I was alone) we were together 1hour then a waiter knocked the door and asked me faster go downstairs and then they charged me 200 liras for new person in my room. When I said I will complain they cancelled that fee. What can I say?? This was just for getting money from stupid tourist? But they are wrong I'm not that case. First I didn't like - everything is dirty, bad breakfast not on time, they didn't warn me about rules that I can't invite anybody in MY room, and they were looking after me in any step but forgot that I lost my passport which woke me at night!
