  Close to airport but quit room

  This hotel was really nice. IT is very close to the hotel, only about 800m and can be reached very easy. Even though it is so close, you can sleep in the rooms very good without noise. The receiption was very friendly and follow every inquiry and help in any case. We had some problem with the safe because we made a mistake but immy. the person in charge came to the room to fix the problem. Very excellent service. The restaurant had national and international food and also the breakfast was very good. To stay for 1 or 2 days, the hotel is more than perfect for a transfer if flight will arrive at night and next flight on the next day. If we do another trip to Indonasia, we would always take this hotel again.

  Quite an offer

  I stayed at this hotel for four nights, and it was a nice and comfortable stay. I initially booked for a superior room, but a very kind young man named Pebry kindly assisted us for a more wonderful staying experience in this hotel. I found the room was nice, although it is lack of the promised facilities (mini refrogerator and minibar). Another minor disturbance is a non-functioning power plug near a bed, where it seems that have been blocked by something. But that's not a major issue Some tips prior to staying here: -If you are landing in Sepinggan Airport and want to head directly to the hotel, don't forget to call the reception for a free airport transfer. It's a great deal, as it will save you from 70k rupiah of 5 min taxi trip. You can also order a free airport transfer going from hotel to the airport -You're going to be asked for 100k rupiah for a deposit for your key card. Don't forget to ask for a refund upon checking out

  Nice and friendly staff

  The hotel is super nice and close to the airport. They offer a free shuttle to the airport :). Febri (reception) is super friendly and helpful, so glad to stay here and definitely will come back very soon.

  Near to the airport

  My second time stay here, and both are for business, near to the airport and not so far from dandito restaurant that famous with the crab. very clean hotel and friendly staff. Deliciouse food. Easy access from main street

  Business stay. 3 days while observing quarantine.

  The staff here tried to be friendly but were not attentive enough. We made some requests but not followed through. For example, the dimmer curtains were not able to be pulled tightly closed and daylight came through which interrupted sleep. The curtain railings were jammed and told the front desk about it, but no one came to address the problem. The linen sheets smelled funky. I had to give it a few sprays of cologne to hide the smell. The bathroom shampoo dispenser was nearly empty and noone came to top up. The toilet bowl was icky. Had stains in it, it didnt appeared to be cleaned properly. Quarantine meals were a big let down. The portions were very small. I would say kid-sized meals which hardly was enough for an adult. Very likely you will need to supplement by delivery orders. Internet was another letdown. The Internet in the room was unstable and lagged a lot. So, video calls over WhatsApp or such were of poor quality. The hotel really needs to sort this out. After all this, It would seem giving it a 3 star out of 5 appears generous. I only gave it 3 stars because i had to endure only 3 nights stay. If it was longer...
