  Please fix the letter "E"in "terme"

  When we arrived here,we looked at the sign of the hotel.the letter"E"was missing.it turned out that the letter "E"did not light up.i think that there was no lights put on the letter"E". Service was great,food was great.the waiters were formally dressed and the price was fair.overall this truly deserves 4!

  Lovely time!

  Great stay at this hotel. Went with my boyfriend just for a weekend of relax. We had a lovely room facing the square , clean and cosy. Staff was very welcoming and helpful starting from reception, spa ...until the doorman. Breakfast was rich, although continental , but with plenty of choices. The spa was a great thing as it gave the possibility to relax while outside the weather didn't offered the possibility of too much outdoor activity. It was a pleasant experience, would definitely stay again in this hotel in case of a further occasion.

  Elegant hotel

  this hotel is decorate in renaissance style very nice , good for stay overnight . Breakfast need to have more choice of hot food and no fruits . I thnik the hotel need to pay attention in breakast . I like everything except breakfast

  Pleasantly Surprised

  My wife and I went for a few days of r&r, with a groupon rate which was very affordable so our expectations were not so high. However, the hotel was great, and the spa amazing. Staff were extremely professional and nice, the building was quite comfortable, and although much of the design was dated it has been renovated recently and manages to have a nice modern touch. The spa in particular was very nice; we love the warm pool with massaging jets and waterfalls, and the choice of saunas was good. Even the breakfast was more than adequate, despite some of the other reviews. The location isn't great if you expect to walk out into picturesque Tuscan countryside or villages; there are a number of abandoned, run down hotels and not much else. But if you have a car this is a great base to visit Montepulciano and beyond.

  Not really helpful

  Not really helping with small things like arranging adopter and the reply is not polite and when we ask for iron to press the dress. The answer was we dont have you can go out side somewhere and do it..!!!
