  Beware! They insisted on making a copy of your credit card upon check out

  Mosquitos in the room. One of the towels had stains. Unpleasant smell coming from the sink pipe. The bed sheets had stains, you didn't really notice unless you widely opened the duvet. Slow/on-off wifi connection. The worst thing was i pre booked and paid the booking thru the hotel website. I've got email confirmation that my card had been charged. However, upon check out, the front desk agent asked me to make a copy of my credit card. I asked him why would he need to make a photocopy when i had already prepaid. He was adamant saying it was the hotel procedure. The problem was upon check in they made a copy of my ID, which i understand it's standard procedure. But, if they have both my ID n credit card info, this can lead to identity theft and credit card fraud! This is not okay! They need to change their standard practice! FYI, i finally gave them my cc because i was already late to go to the airport but then i called my cc company to freeze the card. To hotel management: if you read this please change your standard practice. It's nowhere near professional to make a copy of your customers' credit card. It's criminal act!

  not so bad

  clean enough, so so food... quiet place and only need 5 minutes to reach 24 hours store. water was not free, at that time i should bought water from the supermarket. there are several food store near 24 hours store open until midnight. nice for family and friends trip. but i think not suitable for backpacker

  You get what you paid

  I know this was a relatively cheap hotel, and I don't expect too much from this hotel. I don't expect the food, the interior, the pool, etc. But I think they should have invest specifically on cleanliness especially the bed cover (many stains there), and the towel is yellowing. We don't need fancy furniture. And the room is dark. Barely seen anything when it is night.

  Big Hotel in the centre of Denpasar city

  First, they upgrade our room to deluxe double room. That's really nice over. The room itself are huge and clean enough. But, I think this is not really new. I found couple of crack/broken paint in the wall. It's good enough for city hotel and the price are good.

  Hotel with two building

  The hotel have two building, old and newer one. I choose twin bed and was given a room in the old building, they said the North building. When I enter my room I found many mosquitos inside and the bathroom.was smelly. The breakfast menu is quite Ok. The swimming pool size also not too small.
