  Good place to stay

  Grand Sae Boutique hotel, is the good place to stay while i was travelling to solo. not so expensive. But , there is a slight minus point for this. Need to be taken care, like bugs, dirty bed sheets etc. Guest will be more comfort if it clean. so, try to maintain the cleanliness for the good sake of guest that want to stay there. anyway, thanks for the good service while i was there. see you again soon.

  Look So Neglected Since You Enter The Lobby

  The concept is good, but every stuff in the room is broken or dirty... Wallpaper ripped Bed is unclean, you can see some dirty spots And they don't have refrigerator at the room The doormat is the only clean stuff

  Overall an average visit. Price: ok Location: ok (nothing around the hotel) Room: good size but no window (tip: perhaps can negotiate with a lil extra?) Toilet: ok but the hot water doesnt work Facility: bfast is ok

  A terrible room

  I travel a lot. In fact, I've been traveling for work for the last month straight. I'm used to sub-par rooms. But this room was something else. Wallpaper peeling, no windows, lightbulbs broken in ALL the lamps, office chair broken, internet spotty at best, the complimentary tea and coffee not available (lots of creamer and sugar, though), two small beds given me instead of the single large bed, dirty sheets, loud music coming in from the hallway from 7 am to 9 pm. I showed up in the evening. There was no hot water. In the morning there was no water AT ALL. After waiting for an hour for the water to turn on, no coffee or tea, and then having Lady Gaga coming on full blast, into my room, I thought I'd leave, despite still having another night paid for. The staff refused to give me a refund for the room. They admitted that they knew my room was terrible, but they'd given me it anyhow. I left and contacted Traveloka about this. Grand Sae, the professed 3-star boutique hotel again refused me a refund. Please don't support hotels like this. It was painfully obvious how neglectful the management of this hotel is and how little importance they place on customer satisfaction or accountability. Businesses like this need to go under.

  Not Recommended at all

  My wife (Indri) reserved a connecting room a month ago for 6th-8th June 2019. They guaranteed to give us one today. We had late check in 1800 Local Time. When we went to the reception.. Guess what.. Yeah.. We lost our connecting room without any confirmation. They gave us 2 rooms 204&205. When we went in to our room..We saw.. (See picts..)
