  You can find it here at Grand Residence.....

  Like staying in your own house, everything is fine and complete. Once you have problem, all staffs here are so kind to help sorting solutions for you. I stay here as an expat, yes 3 months here till now there have been some problems but they all were solved thanks to those pretty good service from thus staffs. Location wise may be kind of a little fussy not sitting right in the heart of the city but it is mid way from airport to down town. Hence you are still able to manage yourself going here and there without any problems.

  Okay Stay in a Quiet Neighborhood - Pet Friendly(ish)

  We chose this place because it was one of the only extended stay hotels that we could find that accepted dogs. We stayed here a month. It is located in a quiet neighborhood away from the bustle of the active downtown city nightlife (though we did have some issues from neighboring yappy dogs barking all night). The downstairs staff that guard the gate and take care of the automobiles were very nice and helpful. The cleaning staff however left a little more to be desired.....the cleaning schedule is more of a guideline as they never really seemed to pick up our linens or laundry at a set time and cleaning could very well take all day....and they don't change out your linens....you're given a one set and you have to wait for them to be cleaned before having them returned to you....and be prepared to have to put them back on the bed yourself. The quality of cleaning is suspect as well....on more than one occasion I had to bring our towels and bed linens down to the office as they had not actually been washed at all...just rinsed and dried. Don't expect the cleaning staff to come into your apartment to clean if you have a dog...unless you are present....as they are terrified of dogs. They will come in to tidy the place up but not actually clean. They will sweep and mop the floors, make up the bed, dust off tables (but not actually clean them), do any dishes left in the sink....but don't expect much more beyond that. After a month the shower tiles and curtain had mold and the cleaning lady didn't seem to notice or do anything about it (I had to go out and purchase my own cleaning supplies and do this myself). Upon arrival we were given 1 roll (yes! one whole roll!!) of toilet paper and told that we would have to supply our own from thereon (most extended stay places give you a continuous supply). Kitchen supplies (dishes and cooking equipment) are pretty limited...so if you plan on staying for a while and cooking in a lot be prepared to have to buy your own stuff. Luckily there is a Thai Huot Market nearby where you can purchase needed items such as toilet paper, household supplies and groceries. As for charges.....I think it's priced a little too high for the amenities they provide. I also suspect we were overcharged for electricity (compared to what our friends who live locally are charged for power). I'm sure there are better pet friendly accommodations to stay at in Phnom Penh if you have the time to research or perhaps contact a local Western friendly realty agent.

  Wonderful

  Beautiful facilities and great staff. The apartments are luxurious, big, clean and very comfortable. The condominium has 24 hrs security, and the staff from the residence was always friendly and very helpful at all times. There are mini-marts, coffee shops, restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance, and the neighborhood is safe and quiet. A highly recommended place to stay in Phnom Penh.

  Great, quiet place in Phnom Penh

  We wanted a quiet place outside the hustle and bustle of the riverside. We found this gem. Its close enough via local transportation (PassApp or Grab) to enjoy the restaurants and attractions yet sits in a quiet neighborhood for a relaxing, peaceful evening on the balcony. The apartment was a one bedroom with a living room, bathroom and kitchen. The apartment was fully furnished and for our stay we felt nothing was missing. The kitchen had plates, cups, pans etc so if you wanted to eat in, you could. The staff was AMAZING. They were thorough in their cleaning and attention for detail. We felt very safe as the building has 24-hour security and the elevator required a key to go up.

  Amazing staff and place

  I have been living here for more than 1 year now. The staff is super nice. The manager - Boromey gets fixed any issue if you have or anything that you need. Its located in a peaceful area. A bit far from downtown. But, its about 15 mins by tuk tuk. So when you stay for so long, you prefer a peaceful location.
