  Fuimos en temporada baja y nos alojamos por menos de 700 dólares durante una semana. Este es mi apartamento favorito y se encuentra en medio de la nada con unas vistas maravillosas. El aparcamiento está cubierto y en gimnasio está actualizado. La piscina y las bañeras de agua caliente están siempre limpias incluso si han estado a 50 grados un par de días con el vórtice polar sacudiéndonos. Temporada baja significa temporada baja y la mayoría de las ciudades están cerradas por lo que volveremos para la semana de la bici.

  Stay Away!

  If you want to live in a black mold, mildew stained, filthy condo this is the place for you. Paula @ ECDI is a worthLESS so called manager. Youve been warned. Dad the Yelp and other reviews. Wish I wouldve listened. STAY AWAY! Theres No way this place got a 4 star. Check Yelp, Facebook. Save your money and frustration. Ive got plenty of pictures and videos. Gross. WiFi stinks. You will be unable to use it even on a simple iPad.

  There are waaaaay better options than this place

  I agree with Steve B. Terrible place. Staff always so rude in the phone. Kuddos to Carie, she was so rude and aggressive and not helpful at all. Even if you call the phones available you will not get any help. They will tell that they were trying to call you and had no success. Terrible customer experience. Unit really dirty and you have to pay for "resort" fees. Pay attention to that. There is nothing exceptional offered to charge for resort fees. It is just an apartment with nothing special. Never will be there again.

  Smoking is allowed on the balconies...yay...I mean...GAG!!!

  Dont you love it when you drop a mortgage payment on a week long vacation in a condo and then 50% of the time that you go out to the balcony to enjoy the view, eat breakfast or dinner, ect, you are blessed with the sweet smell of cigarette smoke from a balcony above or below you? I know my wife does. She is allergic to smoke from cancer sticks, I mean, cigarettes, and she gets a migraine every time she is lucky enough to be in the presence of someone elses tar and formaldehyde soaked second hand smoke. I too confess that I love it when Im relaxing on the balcony and taking in the incredible views of the ocean, the beach, or the sunrise and the sunset, when I am smacked in the face by the smell of a trash dump! I go to take a deep breath of the crisp ocean air and I am greeted with the smell of death and someones rotting lungs. Ummm, I love the smell of second hand smoke in the morning. According to the CDC, Exposure to secondhand smoke causes an estimated 41,000 deaths each year among adults in the United States. Secondhand smoke causes 7,333 annual deaths from lung cancer. Secondhand smoke causes 33,951 annual deaths from heart disease. I think people should have the freedom to smoke as much as they want. However, when the science says that secondhand smoke kills more than 41,000 people a year, forgive me if I think it should be banned in all public places or around people who dont want to get heart disease or lung cancer. However, the Grand Panama allows smoking on balconies, which has pretty much ruined our vacation. I called and talked to them about this and they said there policy allows it. I guess they dont want to lose the business of smokers. Theres no smoking in the condo and they make you shut the sliding glass door to prevent smoke from going back in, but they say most smokers dont follow this rule and some end up getting hit with a $300 deep cleaning charge. I guess the money trumps peoples health My wife had had a migraine everyday due to the smoking. She NEVER gets migraines unless she is around cigarette smoke and shes had one everyday this week on her vacation because of inconsiderate people. I wonder how they would like it if someone who is drinking alcohol went up to them and just spit it all over them and was like, Um, I can legally do this ummm kayyyyyy? Needless to say, Im very disappointed in the management and policies of the Grand Panama. Its a beautiful condo with amazing views, but it was basically a very expensive weeklong headache due to their smoking policy.

  Grand Panama Resort is great! Emerald View Management Co. not so much.

  My husband and I have stayed at Grand Panama 3 times over the last 4 years. The first year was great but we did not rent from Emerald View. The last two years were unacceptable. We stay for 2 months--Jan-Feb. In 2020 we gave Emerald View a pass thinking that maybe the unit was due for a facelift. However, this year they put us in a unit that was in terrible shape. There was carpeting in both bedrooms and in the bunk area that was dirty and stained. It was so bad that I actually bought spray carpet cleaner to see if it would help. The furniture was dingy and broken down. I also detected the slight odor of dog in the living area. I could offer more detail but suffice it to say that our unit--1-205--was not in good shape in any way. I would never rent from Emerald View Resorts again. But, Grand Panama property is really wonderful. We're sad that we couldn't find accommodations next year through another management company.
