  Magnifico hotel para relajarse

  Hotel estupendo, muy tranquilo y excelentes instalaciones. Habitacion muy grande y limpia.Con acceso directo a la piscina y a escasos metros de la playa. Servicio muy atento, disponibilidad de tuk-tuk para ir a la ciudad. Recomendado para relajarse,dar un paseo por la playa y comer en los puestecillos a la orilla del mar,es muy tranquilo y algo alejado del centro de Cha-am...si buscas mucho ambiente y fiesta no es tu hotel. En general...hotel excelente

  A honest review

  Me and the wife stayed here for 4 nights in October.Great value for money hotel,great location,next to the beach.The hotel is nice and clean,3 swimming pools,games room,well equiped.Nice gym too.The rooms are nice and big,great views of the ocean.The staff are very nice and helpful,check in nice and fast.The hotel gardens are well looked after,you can hire bikes to cycle around the area.The breakfast was very good and the resteraunts are good to.Good value for money food.Lots of resteraunts outside the hotel along the beach.Great value for money hotel.

  Just for lunch

  We popped in here for a quick chinese lunch and it was very tasty ! We had the whole restaurant to ourselves and that was cool. Fast service good food good prices. Very close to Cha Am beach area and city area

  Enjoyable stay - but

  Spent a couple of weeks here this month.Very nice spacious and quiet sea view room on the 10th floor.Excellent staff throughout the hotel. First class and extensive buffet breakfast covering both Western and Far Eastern tastes. Chefs catered for all individual needs with 5 types of cooked eggs to order. Small well equipped gym which I used frequently. Pool areas impressive but the hotel does have a major problem in these areas with feral pigeons who do what pigeons do - poo everywhere! Shame really because it spoilt an otherwise excellent stay.

  Less than Grand with little atmosphere.

  Huge hotel, fantastic pools and close to beach. On check in we were spoken to by the grumpiest receptionist we have ever encountered. The first room allocated to us, looked over the industrial workings of the hotel, the second room in the tower looked over some flats and an uncompleted hotel building, was shabby and smelt of cigarette smoke. We asked to speak with manager who came a few minutes later and he listened and personally showed us to a really nice room near the pool. He was an extremely nice man and would like to take this opportunity to thank him. Breakfast was good, but the Italian and Chinese restaurants were empty and unappealing . When we dined and the food was poor value for money and the worst Caesar salad and lasagne I have ever had.The Peking Duck first course was ok but the second meat course was dried up and tasteless. The hotel is quite remote but on the beach so a car, scooter or bicycle is a must as there are no Tuktuks or taxis or hotel shuttle bus to get into Cha am. WiFi kept dropping out and non existent at times. We stayed for 7 nights and enjoyed the peaceful ambience before heading up to Bangkok.
