  This hotel is very easy to give 5 stars because it is definately a nice place to stay! Excellent food, nice clean rooms and the staff here does a fantastic job helping us guests. You can also be sure that they always have a smile on their face. The rooms are nicely cleaned every day too. The hotel has the best location you can get. It is placed right in the city but also right on the lovely Kleopatra beach... It can´t be better! Thanks a lot for a nice stay....

  Wonderful atmosphere with very helpful and friendly staff headed by an English manageress! Spotlessly clean with very comfortable beds and bedding. Great selection of food and drinks at the buffet and available to order from the bar. Would definitely recommend staying here.

  A good hotel, and Amanda the manager was superb with her service

  I can certainly recommend the grand okan hotel to anyone wishing to visit alanya. Spotlessly clean, and room service everyday if you required it. The same for the food which has a large choice for both breakfast and dinner. The food was always of the highest standard. I went on trips away from alanya. One for 4 days and Amanda gave unparalleled service in bookings what I wanted, transfer, flight, hotel and an overnight bus back to alanya. She really was very professional in the way she helped me organise my trip, so in this review she has my heartfelt thanks. The hotel is very well positioned both for the centre of the town and cleopatra beach. If I ever go back to alanya, would definitely stay there again. Patrick from Ireland.

  Great hotel for a family holiday.

  We had the pleasure of staying at the Grand Okan for a family holiday last June. The hotel was such a great find in a great position in the town at one side and the beach at the other. The hotel has great rooms, great food and friendly staff. The beach is across the road from the hotel with its own bar and comfortable sun beds which are always ready for you when you get to the beach. You can pay daily or their is a deal for the sun beds available at the hotel reception if you book for 5 days or more. The meals in the hotel are a good standard, we had a half board option, their is an option for full board if wanted. The bar has a good drinks selection, their is a basic gym to use, but their is so much more to do in Alanya than the gym. Definitely worth booking this hotel if you are visiting Alanya.....

  Exceptional management

  We were booked to go to this hotel with love holidays. Unfortunately love holidays were very unhelpful when we found out the hotel was closed due to covid. The manager of the hotel, Amanda went above and beyond her duty to see that we got booked into a like for like hotel. I can't praise her enough. Will hopefully go back to the Grand Okan next year, Thank you so much Amanda!!
