  Peaceful and Perfect

  I got opportunity to stay in this hotel during my business trip. This hotel is near by the office of bossiness partner hence it was very much convenient to stay here. The facilities and environment is very good and service is excellent. One good thing is that some veg food for Indians is available here on request. Main shopping area of Chongqing city is around 10km from here but this place is peaceful and comfortable.

  Acceptable hotel but not value for money

  I have had to do business in the area so tried to avoid the bad traffic in the morning. Chose the hotel based on the location, in the airport zone. I have stayed at the Crown Plaza in the new north zone on the golf course but there were no rooms available this time. Location: Good; Room: Clean, has all the facilities; Service: Average. I have not even been asked if I require a non smoking room. I was given a smoking room; Restaurants: Tried the Chinese restaurant and was not impressed. Had spicy fish among others. Not great for Chongqing standard. Value for money: Poor. For the price you can get better hotels in Chonqing. If the price was significantly under the competition, the rating given would have been higher.

  Just average

  Rooms are sparse, tvs are small, shower leaked puddles on floor, lots of black mold in shower corners, can not close windows all the way and they were out of ginger ale. On the plus, the air condition worked really well which is not a given in a Chinese hotel. Room service food was pleasant.

  Enormous Rooms

  Stayed here in late October 2017, a very nice clean hotel, the highlight is the size of the rooms which are enormous, and well appointed. Comfortable bed, and breakfast is a large choice Recommended hotel if staying in Chongqing.

  Excellent Service from Hotel for 6 Nights

  I enjoyed my stay here for 6 nigths, can't think of something to complain about. My room is huge, cleaned everyday to a point I think my bedsheets were replaced daily. Every afternoon when I return to my room from work, my bed was cleaned spotless without any wrinkles so it get me thinking "hmm did they replace my sheets again?". Enough lights in the room it doesn't feel dark like other hotels. Breakfast was good too and dinner buffet is very reasonable with lots of choices including crabs and seafood. The spicy noodle in the restaurant was one of the best we tried in Chongqing - I only tried it on my last day and I kinda regret not trying the noodle as soon as I arrived because it was really good. Location is ideal too - it's very close to the bus station where you can get off from the mall using bus# 7. Customer service? Perfect! Colin Qiao was very helpful in giving me suggestions where to buy a duffel bag and he also helped me call a taxi from hotel to the mall and gave me a souvenir doll when I checked-out. This hotel is highly recommended and I will not hesitate to stay here again on my next trip.
