  you get more than you pay (compare to others in the neighbourhood)

  so before we pick this hotel on july 11-2016, we already searched hotels along the Jl. panorama...and gran malindo was exactly what we were looking for..a nice clean cozy room, fresh ambiance of hotel, hot water and good price and also a lift!...to move us to the upstairs.... although the breakfast had no many variety but that none an issue since we were at bukit tinggi place where rich flavors of meals are waiting for us...keep the the hotel clean and nice and dont get tempted to raise the price...people will always come back if Gran Malindo is keeping up the good service and price.

  Best Location and value for money

  The room is clean and comfortable, and tasty breakfast buffet. The lobby area provide welcome drink too. Location is the best, as it is walking distance to Panorama Ngarai Sianok, one of the tourist attraction. There's some locals selling souvenir items and telekong near the hotel, with very good bargain.

  One of the jewels

  I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights from 16 to 18 november 2017. Its was such a surprise to see the spacious room and the bathroom. Love the ambiance. The wifi was not very good though when one stays in the room. He or she needs to go to the lobby area if needs to use the free wifi. Breakfast buffet spread was just nice, considering it's just a 2 star hotel.

  Perfectly Located Hotel in Bukit Tinggi

  We spent 2 nights in this hotel and it was lovely. It's perfectly located along the main street of Bukit Tinggi and walking distance to all major attractions in Bukit Tinggi, food stalls, restaurants and convenience stores. Breakfast buffet was nice with many selections to choose from (local and continental. The staff was friendly and helpful. At night, we like to open our windows to let the cool highland air into our room. We hardly use our AC :) . They can improve on the bathroom condition though. Maybe a new set of shower equipment would be nice. Wifi strength very poor. You need to go to the lobby to get connection.

  Simplicity at its best

  Good location. Only several minutes walk to Jam Gadang and Lubang Jepang, popular place of interest in Bukit Tinggi. The hotel is clean and my room is situated next to an avocado orchard, absolute soothing to the soul. Serves delicious traditional breakfast. A great place to rest after a long day.
