  Excellent Service Staff

  Introduction: I visited the Grand Lagoi Hotel by Nirwana Gardens in early December 2019 with my friends. I had made the booking, with the option of an additional bed at the price of around IDR550,000, inclusive of breakfast. Room: Rooms are spacious in general. Lines are primarily clean, the toilets are also well taken care of. Toiletries and bottled water is provided, with the option of requesting for more. Do note, however, that the additional bed is a foldable type which is slightly smaller than the existing bed in the rooms. I do have to caution the travelling couples: my experience was that our large, queen sized bed was in fact a make shift one, made out of two single beds. Notwithstanding the discomfort due to the separation between the two beds, the two beds were indeed very large and comfortable. Kudos to the hotel for that. Facilities: Facilities are abundant at the Grand Lagoi. We have had the opportunity to use the Games Room at the hotel. It offers a wide variety of games ranging from Xbox, PS4, Nintendo Switch, up to the good old pool tables and table soccer. The staff mending the games room was also very helpful. Although I do not have her name, I must say that her service standards were impeccable. Do note, however, that guests could choose to book the Games Room for their own karaoke pleasure. To my understanding, the room would be out of bounds to the guests if so. Location: Grand Lagoi is near to the Lagoi Plaza which offers some food options. If you wish to travel out, your best chance is to get a cab from the front desk. The price may be slightly steep, but the front desk is always helpful in getting a cab almost immediately. Kudos to the team on that. Overall: Overall, it is a good experience with the service team there. Service was impeccable; so much so that staff could remember your name and room number, and provide that level of personal service. I appreciate the service provided by the team. Thank you guys!

  Lovely hotel stay!

  TEMP We stayed at the Grand Lagoi 23-25 January. We arrived via the free hotel shuttle bus from the ferry terminal. Our guest room of Deluxe Double was spacious, clean and adequately equipped for our family of 3. The staff service is excellent, professional and flawless. We are also impressed that members of staff remembered and addressed us by name a few times. Special mention to the team at Bar 7 where we had dinner on the eve of Chinese New Year. My husband ordered the festive set which was huge in portion and delicious. I enquired about vegan options and the chef quite quickly put together a matching festive vegan set for me to enjoy. The move was very thoughtful and the food was good. Breakfast was cosy and delicious, and the staff always helpful. We also enjoyed a lovely time at the infinity pool on Level 7 We were there for more than 3 hours and it was wonderful for photos at sunset. Adjacent to the main property is the Wellness Spa. Please drop by to check for promotions. The spa treatments are priced very affordable and we were lucky to enjoy a one-for-one promotion, so we did a couple session of 60-minute full body massage which was very well done. The property is just next to Plaza Lagoi, and just behind it is the beach. Facing the beach is a local cafe Warung Yeah which serves very awesome dishes like Nasi Goreng, Mee Goreng, Gado Gado, Tahu Telor, Satay, etc, at very affordable prices. Beside it is a convenience store Yeah Mart which is great for grabbing your snacks as well as ice-cream. We had a very pleasant stay and we look forward to returning soon.

  Great service, nice location but...

  The hotel was clean, the room is spacious, and the service was excellent. The toilet door though is heavy and we struggled to open and close. The shower is a bit funny. The water will suddenly turn cold then hot again in the middle of showering. The wifi is good but disappointingly limited to 2 devices only. Breakfast was decent, but the location from the top floor was breathtaking. The nearby plaza is disappointing. Nothing much to shop (many are closed). Food prices are expensive (Note:the price quoted doesnt include 10% service charge and 11% government tax). The beach is beautiful and at low tide you can walk towards the open sea. Just don't go all the way. The hotel provided free transport to and fro Nirwana Resorts. You can explore the resorts and dine at the nearby kelong (very pricy). We booked the hotel to recce the place before registering for the coming Mandiri marathon. The nearby Lagoi Bay lake has a clean well-maintained walking path along it. For 2 straight mornings we ran around this incredibly beautiful lake.

  My second time here, and again, it was prefect!

  Booked a stay with them for 3D2N since there was a promotion on their website; It was to celebrate my partner's birthday. It was perfect! We got to enjoy Lagoi Bay Beach and finding a place to eat was easy. The rooftop pool was the best place to chill out and to watch the sun set (it was beautiful from up there). Staff were always friendly just like how it was on my previous stay. We had a nice dinner at the rooftop restaurant to celebrate my partner's birthday, although pricey, it was worth every Rupiah. The food was top notch! Thank you Grand Lagoi Hotel!

  Great place to stay

  The hotel room is very spacious and clean. The bed is also very comfortable. They even have an infinity pool on their roof top with a view of a lake! It is very relaxing! It is also located near Lagoi plaza which have mini marts, some shops and restaurants and even a beach! Very convenient location!
