  I stay with my Familly in grand jatra hotel pekanbaru, Room very comfortable, facility very good,hotel was conecting with mall Pekanbaru,staff very helpful, friendly, Over all grand jatra recomended for vacation and busisnes trip

  Nice place

  I was staying there with my friends for an event. The room was quite ok, it's clean and easy to find food and shop as there's mall next to it. Unfortunately, our room hair dryer was missing and there was no bathrobe. Also when we checked in there was no welcome drink but when we checked out the next day, we found out that the guests that checked in that that got it :( the mini cakes from the breakfast were a bit hard also But the nice thing is, we got 15 minutes complimantary massage for 1 person which is so helpful to relieve fatigue from road trip to pekanbaru.

  long stay visit family in PKU

  great location as it is connected to mall Pekanbaru and centrally located.Staff was very helpful showing us rooms that suited our long stay.We stayed on 6th floor which is located above the pool and breakfast area, so was no need to wait for elevator. many choices for breakfast.management went out of their way for my wife's birthday.cannot thank them enough.rooms are big and we took room far from elevator so was very quiet. will be back next year.thanks to management and staff who have made our stay enjoyable.

  I realy enjoyed staying in this place.. Always make great memories everytime i visited.. Excelent service.. Excelent facilities.. Make me want to comeback everytime i visited pekanbaru.. Recomended...

  was not a good stay

  The staff in the frontline were not friendly at all, if anyhting they are quite rude. but they got the job done not so long so okay. The room itself is fine but expect to hear all the dang BASS from the club up until morning and yeah YOU WONT GET THAT COMFORTABLE SLEEP YOU WANTED entering this 5 Star Hotel. I dont know wheter because I bought a discount from traveloka but they gave me the weirdest room which is right in front of a room that was currently in construction. So much noise at 9am while I still tried to get some sleep before check out. I was so pumped when I read the review about the breakfast. But then, nahh, not what you expected from a 5 star hotel. I only ate some bread and omelet (I sat next to the egg station but the man don't bother to hand it to me after he cooked it and just leave it there and went somewhere, I mean who do I think I am ) The only good thing was the pool. another thing, some furniture really need to be upgraded.
