  Above average stay

  Value for money more realistic for this stay when compared to others in Dubai. Generally I find the prices too high, do not know how oldish hotels rated as 5* can charge euro 300/night. Not the case here, had a nice stay in an upgraded apartment (due to lack of availability of booked apartment). Should you can get a rate of max euro 150/night this will be a nice stay. Breakfast was very good, nice people around. Pool area worth the money. Had buffet dinner almost every day in The Collective, really good.

  Very nice accomodation

  We spent 11 nights in a three bedroom apartment. Generally speaking we found the apartment very roomy and comfortable with the level of service you would expect from Hyatt. The only negatives in the apartment are the carpet in the bedrooms, that is screaming to be either changed or deep cleaned, and the curtains that are in need for the same. Front desk too small and understaffed for the size of the property. Having said all that we have had a very pleasant and enjoyable stay.

  I dont usually leave a terrible review but this one I just had to. To begin, let me say that the property is superb and like most chains the rooms are spacious. However, because of one person - Mohammed (morning duty at the Front Desk, 05Jan) - our experience was tainted. He was the most unaccomodating Front Office personnel I had in contact with. My husband and I came in the morning to see my sister-in-law (they were checked in) get dressed and made up for her wedding day. We passed by the Front Desk to inform that we were visiting. He got our names, asked our agenda, even photocopied both our passports, called my sis-in-law which he said she acknowledged that we were her guests yet he did not allow us to go up. He was charging us both visiting fees. We told him that the room is due for check-out in 2 hours so we dont understand why he is charging us. We couldnt answer and all he wanted was for us to pay. No payment, cant go up. In the end, we were allowed to come up but only because the groom went down to settle it. Such a hassle on their wedding day! I worked in an international hotel chain for 10 years so I know when the person is just power tripping or being biased. He can let us in if he wanted to without any charges, esp. since the room was due for check out in 2hours (we were not staying over night to party).

  Fantastic stay

  We just came back home from three nights at the residence. We were extremely happy and would recommend it at any time. The employees were friendly and helpful at any time, especially at the front desk. Breakfast was another great experience and the pool area is great too. Location is not the best but taxis are not expensive.

  Excellent customer service

  My friends and I loved everything about the hotel- everyone were just welcoming and helpful. They made sure our stay is above our satisfaction. Customer service is superb! Totally worth it for our short staycation! Will definitely be back!
