  Visita a Dalian

  La ubicación del hotel es inmejorable y la vista hacia aguera desde cualquier ángulo es espectacular. En los buffettes tienen comida para todos los gustos y de gran calidad. El personal es muy atento aunque algo impersonal; pero el servicio es altamente satisfactorio.

  Fantastic location fantastic service

  We are a family of 6 with 4 daughters and used the Hyatt for our arrival in Dalian, it could not have been better. The facitilities, staff and location are top class. Hyatt gave us the perfect welcome to Dalian, the kids loved it, the food was great, try the waffles at breakfast.

  Brillaint amd frustrating!

  This hotel is awesome, its location, decor, rooms, food, spa, and gym are all brilliant. I stayed for 9 nights on a business trip. The reason i include 'frustrating' in the title is there are several things that just took the shine away and removed the 5th star for me: The main issue is the buffet restaurant, the food is amazing, but they let so many people in (non guests too) that the majority of times you go up they have run out of what you want. The worst example of this is the sushi counter where locals swarm as soon as the chefs put some out meaning there is regularly nothing available. On the couple of days it was quieter the restaurant was 5 star. The smoke house restaurant was also frustrating, had a really poor experience there with both service and food, seemingly against common opinion. So what else was frustrating? We found out at check in that the pool was out of action for our entire 10 day stay - couldve let us know prior to arrival, the one night i called room service was an awful experience culminating in the poor girl who could barely speak English realising while i was on the phone that they hadnt put the latest menu in my room, despite the hotel being part of an American chain i would put the ratio of staff who can engage properly in English to those who cant at 1:4, the concierge doesn't really know the best things to do for visitors almost giving a shrug of the shoulders when asked for suggestions, and finally they want 10 times the cost of a taxi for a hotel car! Still a 4 star experience but the hotel itself deserves 5 comfortably.

  Best Hotel in Dalian and one of the best in China

  The team in the Grand Hyatt in Dalian are incredible. I travel there every few weeks for business and it feels like a home away from home, in fact its probably even better than home in some respects .The rooms are modern, clean and beautiful, the service is world class. I can't recommend it highly enough.

  Grand Hyatt Dalian is GRAND

  The location and view are stunning. Ocean with a night lighted bridge on one side and Xinghai Square with night lights on the other. Restaurant is amazing. Everything about the Dalian Grand Hyatt is superb!
