  This hotel was difficult to find. A very small sign told us that this was the Grand hotel. The rooms were very small and did not even have a telephone. The breakfast was ok, but the rom was Togo small. We had to have our meal in the lobby. I suppose you could SSU the staff was friendly, but without engagement. If you have the possibility you should go to Söderhamn and the First hotel there instead. IF you are in Bollnäs and interested in books go to Helins bookshop. A really good one.

  Check-in was efficient enough, its just not open very long!! My room was comfortable enough, no tea/coffee facilities in the room though. There was however, a coffee pot in the breakfast room where you could help yourself. Also on my floor, a room with a fridge to put items ( mainly used for train drivers). The fitness room was a bit feeble. A treadmill, weight frame & broken bike machine. No restaurant that l could see, but used O'Learys next door.

  Unusual conditions hotel for Sweden

  This hotel needs more maintenance. Electrical works here, painting here, new carperts also, pictures will talk for themselves. They seriously billed me 99 for a night in so small room with very so-so breakfast. They won't see me soon or later.

  Adequate

  The hotel is out dated, but met the need for us of just a one night's stay. The staff was friendly, but not always present...The breakfast was ample and varied. I enjoyed it! There was a coffee machine on the floor that was a nice start to the day.

  Ok

  In Bollnäs as a worktrip. Company paid the hotel. Really small rooms and not cozy. It is ok if you just here for work and sleep. When I see the prices its a bit steep if I would pay it myself. I would not stay here if I went private with my family.
