  Mejor casi imposible

  Un gran hotel con la mejor ubicación en Zell am See. Muy buenas vistas del lado, situado en el centro junto a la zona peatonal. Una restauración muy cuidada y un trato del personal bastante bueno. Además cuenta con dos zonas de spa, una con piscina cubierta en la planta baja y otra más moderna en la parte alta con grandes vistas. Ya es la tercera vez que he ido, y seguramente repetiré. Perfecto para cualquier tipo de viaje, con amigos, en pareja o familia, se adapta a todo.

  Skiing holiday 5 day half board stay

  Would like to have had tea coffee making facilities in rooms Dont understand when at 4pm they is complimentary soup and cake but tea and coffee have to be ordered and paid for? Disappointed that spa was busy with very young children jumping in and out of the pool. There was a group of about 8 10 year old boys. Two Fathers Day beside pool but didnt seem bothered by their actions or noise. A little inconsiderate, especially as its advertised as a spa

  We had a lovely stay with the kids

  We stayed here for a week with two small kids. They have excellent facilities to cater for them,like a childrens program etc.. The food (half board) is fine as well. I could not fault anything. However if I would be just with my husband I would not opt for such a big hotel with such a wide range of public (we saw people at the breakfast table putting whole baskets of breads fruits and eggs from the buffet in their bags probably as a midday snack, very classy!!)) but for a more intimate place than this. Have to say that the whole town of Zell am See is not a very classy place, so dont go there if you dislike those typical touristy places that attract a whole range of audience including the alcohol drinking party animals, then again with kids it is a perfect place to stay. They enjoyed themselves at the pool, lake, hiking with Lamas etc. If the kids are happy, we are too. You know how it goes...

  Grand hotel in uneventful town

  A typical "Grand" hotel on a prime location at the Zeller lake. My room was large with everything I needed including a great view over the lake and mountains. Large bathroom and separate toilet. The hotel has a spa area with small indoor pool and some saunas. Outside there's a field for sunbathing and access to the lake. On the other side of the hotel a pebble beach are which is less crowded and good for swimming. The hotel is quite busy but it was still possible to find a good spot for breakfast. Just the buffet and especially coffee machines were crowded - not ideal in Corona times. There's a nice on-site restaurant with outside seating but when I tried to reserve there I was told it's only for people that have full-board included. The bar at the first floor offers a nice view over the lake and I found it to have plenty of seating later in the evening after dinner. Parking was a bit of a mess. There are two charge units for charging electric vehicles but they were mostly inaccessible because of other cars blocking access or even occupying the space. But the staff on the grounds was very helpful in trying to find a space and if possible vacate the charging spots.
