  I highly recommend a stay at this wonderful hotel-take advantage of the White Spa there.

  I had a wonderful healing experience there. I spent 30 days there from September 18-October 17, 2019. I rate my experience as great-5 star. The hotel and spa staff were kind, courteous, knowledgeable and supportive and multilingual. I called them my angels. I became ill after a few days in Florence and arrived quite ill after a hospitalization. I had to cancel my bucket list planned Italian vacation as I was too ill to travel. I spent 30 days at the hotel recovering. The medical director supervised my care and she was very knowledgeable and spoke English very well. She prescribed my complete rehabilitation program. She saw me multiple times to manage my healing process. The room was very comfortable. The art, sculpture and furniture in the hotel were museum class. The spa provided me with stress reduction, massage, personal training and muscular re-education, mineral waters in the indoor pools, and hydrotherapy with ozone so I could recover my strength and heal from my illness. The food was fabulous and I am an Italian-American and I know good Italian food. The hotel is a family business efficiently run by the Boreli family. I hope to return one day with my family and friends and take advantage of the spa treatments that focus on beauty and anti-aging. I hope to enjoy the wonderful town of Abano Terme as it looks like a lovely town with many cultural activities and wonderful shopping for all ages. I am a retired Physical Therapist/ Healthcare- Multimedia Manager and experienced traveler. I am glad to recommend this wonderful hotel and their White Spa.   Simply Excellent!

  Everything in this hotel is indeed 5-star! The hotel itself, the food, the service, the reception, the bar, the pools, everything! We will definitely be back! Thanks to the hotel staff for a really great and enjoyable couple of days.

  Excellent spa hotel for Fango

  Our fourth visit. Very well managed Fango spa,essential for arthritis sufferers. Covid control superb. The whole spa management is first class,from Supermario piling on the mud to the calm and reliable doctors and the charming ladies. We had a 7 th floor junior suite,good view out. The food is fine,but not amazing and breakfast could certainly improve. The wine list is extremely good value. The staff in the restaurant are very good ,and the chefs who do lunchtime barbecue outstanding. The concierge team are world class . They have access to everything you need,even obsolete tooth brush chargers!

  Relax

  Beautifully kept classic Grand Hotel with a historic past. Great breakfast, lavish pools and gardens. Public areas and rooms super spacious... Not a grain of dust anywhere. Yet, it's the staff that makes the experience a perfect one. Be it the reception, Restaurant, spa or housekeeping, you find dedicated super friendly people that make you feel like visiting friends. Special thanks to Enrico, Giuseppe, the super "bagnino" e signora Rosanna. We will be back!
