  Beautiful location

  Our group of cyclists stayed at this beautifully located hotel for just one night but wished it more. The hotel well deserves its 4star plus rating with contemporary designed public areas and rooms. There is a light airy feeling about the whole hotel. The evening meal and breakfast were excellent. We didn't get the chance to enjoy the leisure facilities and spa but hopefully another time! Recommended.

  Beautiful hotel

  Grand hotel terme is very nice, outside the hotel there is a very nice park especially for the kids. The SPA inside is very big and offers a lot of types of treatments especially for the skin, because there is natural turmoil water. There two type of sauna, Finnish, biosauna and Scanted Turkish Bath praids a temperature of between 45/47C and humidity rate of 90 and 100%. Is possible to book many types of massages with thermal mud, or if you prefer there are other types of treatments some creates created with the healing water. in this place it is also possible to have a room. our superior room was very spacious, the staff are professional and polite.

  Great, good and bad!

  Very nice hotel, excellent restaurant, staff is nice, reception helpful, loved the e-bike service. Lots of great things however totally disappointing having a wedding at the same time, not separate spaces and having to deal with the noise that goes on till after midnight. Totally unfair for paying guests like me who can't enjoy a relaxing afternoon by the outdoor pool nor sleep at a decent time. This is meant to be an oasis of relaxation but clearly it isn't always the case.

  We wont stay at this hotel again, although it is the best hotel in the area

  A suite in top location was prebooked paid and confirmed but we were assigned to a modest north rooom only. Although the reservation documents left no doubt receptionist asked us to pay an upgrade surcharge to make a room change possible. Only after presentation of all relevant receipts, the transfer was finally granted free of charge. The hotel itselve is nice and surrounded by a park. The SPA inside is very big and offers a lot of types of treatments. The evening meal and breakfast were of good quality.

  Lovely hotel in a lovely setting

  We were here on business, for one day, and made use of their rooms and restaurant. The hotel is very grand, the conference rooms nicely set out and we were given pads of paper, pens and the use of the overhead projector. Any small problems that we had were quietly and efficiently dealt with - a special thanks to the gentleman who managed to link my laptop up to the projector. The lunch was of a very high standard and it was plentiful. The dessert, in particular, was right up my street. I would have taken a second if I hadn't eaten a second helping of pasta. The hotel is set in beautiful surroundings and it would just have been nice to have had more time to walk around the grounds.
