  Great location,exellent service attitute

  We got family room (two rooms actually) from top floor-what a view and two balconies, two tv;s, two air conditioners.There is exellent pizza place by swimming pool, nice food in restaurant and a lot of really good restaurants around.Jonis tiny shop across the street with amazing attitute by Denise.A bit hard to get to the sea, but with practise can be done. With small children or drunken person should be carefull with balcony railing.Its a bit low but wide and invites you to sit..Allso there is no elevator, but its ok to walk. Great place !!

  Fantastic service

  Nice hotel close to city center of Saranda. Fantastic service, clean and comfortable rooms and great pasta at the restaurant. Wonderful view from our hotel room. Free sun beds at the sea and also a nice pool area.

  Avoid this restaurant!

  Been with my family. They claim an Italian chef but I am 100% sure they do not have any Italian in the kitchen. Apart from having received a very dirty napkin, their seafood spaghetti was nice to see but tasteless, with cheese in it, which cannot be used in the original recipe. Only the mussels were ok. They did not have a wine list so we ordered a local white wine which they charged 2500 lek! Last but not least they do not accept credit cards justifying it with some connections problems which is not true being that places around do accept Credit cards. This has prices for a 4 stars hotel but actually ONE star would be fine. I absolutely do NOT

  Food excellent, service awful

  We went in, it took 15 mins and two different waiters to take our order. We waited anther 15 minutes to get our drinks while waiting for food, so dont come thirsty. The only reason Im giving them a two is because the food was very delicious.

  Beautiful views, needs a refurb

  Could be a truly stunning hotel. The beach side bar over looks the city. And the verandas from the hotel look out to sea and Corfu. Beautiful gardens and feels very glamorous. The staff are incredibly friendly and very helpful and give a 5* service. Unfortunately inside the hotel is very dated and in need of a refurbishment.
