Really not 4 star apart from the spaI stayed here as part of a group of female skiers on half board. The resort itself is fantastic for beginners/intermediates and we were fortunate to have great weather the whole week. The hotel however left quite a lot to be desired though I have to agree with one reviewer that the massages were amazing and the spa and pool excellent WiFi is non existent. They offer personal passwords for use in the rooms and public areas in addition to the all access WiFi but neither work and we all spent the week running off 3 or 4g The food is average at best. Breakfasts are ok but the machine cappuccino was tepid and the latte really weak and cold due to the milk so hot chocolate was favourite. The Maitre Dis is something to behold. He took the evening meal orders where we were routinely bullied into a pasta course plus second meat course (venison, veal, rabbit etc) and he seemed unable to accept we just didnt want to eat that much so by the end of the week he was referring to us as you English ....charming. The salad bar was great but other than that there wasnt a fresh vegetable in sight, all the second courses were served with chips. Rooms are ok. We had booked twins but myself and my friend were given a double so we had to wait for that to change when we arrived. The bathroom was rather ancient with just an over the bath shower which sprayed water everywhere. But we moved room after 3 nights of a baby crying next door and to be fair the hotel were very accommodating about that. The second room however was also a double so this time we just used the bedding from the first room and made it up ourselves rather than wait!! Boot room is downstairs but really not an issue and the hotel is pretty much ski in and out apart from crossing the road So in summary I suspect the 4 stars is awarded for the facilities rather than the rooms and food.

good location for skiing, good spa facilities,The Hotel is in a good location in Passo tonale. Close to ski lifts/slopes. the free ski bus stops outside. Ski hire opposite hotel, and ski store in hotel basement. Initial impression off hotel not great. When I arrived the foyer seemed very busy with skiers all talking loudly in multi languages. Check in at reception was brief. I was given a leaflet with hotel info and wifi password, and ticket for free entry to hotel spa and left to find my way to my room. A cleaner helped direct me. Room I had a single room which was small. It had a single bed which was so narrow. i nearly fell out when i turned over in bed. Hotel room was very hot. I needed to open window at night to cool down. Bathroom was ok and shower always hot. I did manage to get wifi on phone in my room. The TV had sky movie channels in English. There was a fridge. I did not manage to get the room safe to work. Meals In dining room you were allocated a table for entire stay. Breakfast was buffet style and i felt there was a good choice. Evening meal menu order taken by head waiter and served to you by waiter allocated to your table. There was large help yourself salad bar, followed by 3 course menu with 4 choices of starters, 4 main courses, 4 deserts. There were some strange, off putting options on main course eg "hedge sparrow". The Grilled chicken, turkey, pork, veal were good. These came with sauteed potatoes, roast potatoes, potatoe rissoles etc. I missed having hot veg such as peas, carrots, sweetcorn , green beans, broccoli, cabbagre etc. Wednesday night there was a "cena tipicia" set italian tasting meal. this took a long time as everyone was served at same time. Wine was from 16 euros per bottle, and you could keep any unfinished bottles for next night. I had the same waiter each night, He was very pleasant, friendly and went out of his way to provide a good service. He worked extremely hard and rushed around trying to please. Facilities I was given a card for use off the hotel spa facilities. I used the hotel pool every day after skiing, and most times i had to pool to myself which was great. In evening before dinner there was a pianist/singer, but no other entertaiment. On my departureday i asked for a 5am alarm call. I did not get this, but luckily i was awake. When i asked about this at 05.30am, the man at reception said oh yes it was on his list! Too late. Despite all these comments, I enjoyed my stay and if back in Passo tonale i would consider staying here again.

Great Hotel and fantastic resortJust back from an amazing week at this lovely hotel. We were a group of 10 adults and children. And the hotel catered fabulously for all of us. The comfort rooms are recently refurbished and offer a range of combinations. With adjoining rooms and inbuilt bunk beds. The Spa is also fab at the end of a hard days skiing. The pool is great for the kids and gives them something to do after the slopes close and before dinner. They make you wear a swimming hat. Which are available to buy if required. Food in the restaurant is typically Italian and they have a system, where you have the same table a waiter throughout your stay. A big thank you to Alfred for looking after us so well during our stay. Ski hire, ski passes and ski lessons are all available directly opposite the hotel. And although not quite ski up. The slopes are only 50m away. The range of slopes are ideally for a group of mixed abilities and not as busy as other similar sized resorts. From help with our booking, to making sure that the pizza restaurant was still open when we arrived late, to arranging packed breakfasts for our early departure. The hotel staff really couldnt have been more helpful. We really had an amazing stay and cant wait to come back.

On the slippery slopeStayed here last year but sine its going downhill rapidly this hotel can no longer be classed as 4 star. Serious maintenance issues. Wellness centre is relatively new but lots of items are not working spray system in showers foot bath in swimming pool lampshades smashed in sauna. Bedroom looks very tired in the bathroom shower-head would not stay up nor the shower screen would stay in position there for very wet floors. Hotel/Restaurant was very unoccupied there for looked very empty ( solution take a few tables out) I call it slippery slope because hotel is very over staffed particularly on the entertainment staff I have no idea what they do except for painting a few childrens face. Piano player very loud no need for amplifier acoustic much better. My advice is cut some staff and repair everything what is not working. One good note food still good with some quality wines reasonably priced and served by some dedicated staff.

everything good, except roomsGood staff, free parking, rooms are dated and sure not like . Breakfast is fine, dinner very good. Miramonti's location is good for ski because is a short distance from the lifts. The spa is modern but could be crowded.
