  Servicio Excelente!

  Hemos estado en el hotel una semana. El hotel es bonito, bien ubicado, zona tranquila por la noche. A destacar la fantàstica playa del hotel, con mucho espacio entre usuarios y un fantastico personal para atenderte. El restaurante en la misma arena fantastico para comer pescado fresco, incluso nos dejaron disfrutar de la media pension en el. El servicio de bar y recepcion fantastico, atentos, serviciales y en todo momento dispuestos a atender nuestras necesidades. La limpieza siempre correctissima. Muy recomendable para familias. A destacar el servicio de parking, muy comodo y a precio normal para la zona.

  Hotel correcto sin mas

  Uno de mis viajes de trabajo me llevaron a este hotel, la verdad es que 100 por una noche en temporada baja me parece carísimo. Es hotel es antiguo, tanto que todavía tiene llaves físicas para abrir las habitaciones y hay que dejarlas en recepción La habitación grande , limpia y cómoda , aunque la decoración anticuada El desayuno muy justito

  False Advertising Will Not Come Back

  Stayed here last week for a few days. Paid huge money for sea view. Wanted to relax before my trip back home. They charge extra for beach chairs and towels. 60 euros for the day 40 euros for half the day, 3 euros for two towels. Are you kidding me! Made my wife happy and paid. Was not told this before hand not sure about other hotels on the strip. Just came from the French Rivearra 5 star hotel lots of public beaches if you want and only 16 euros for the whole day to rent a chair right on the strip. On our anniversary. Why are they getting away with it? Will never go back be warned if you are reading this. The public beach here down from our hotel that we went to because we arrived late and the Hotel had no chairs wow. The public spot was 100 feet wide what a joke, a little square opening amongst all the umbrellas and chairs paid for to use. You barely had a spot to put a towel down. You had more room in a can of sardines not kidding, crazy. Nice hotel nice area. Lots to eat near by. Good Prices very good sea food amazing and fresh. But a day and a half at the beach over and above the three hundred dollars a night stay in this hotel cost $106 euros. Cant believe it. High season or not. The picture of the hotel should NOT be showing the beach and chairs. You only get to use the room the beach is extra. No options given at booking. One week on the beach would have been 63x7=$441.00 euros for two just for chairs. Bad advertising ripping people off. I stayed had no choice but will never come back. That is not the service I would expect for the per night price. Not happy for the first time I visited in Allasio and for that I would recommend you ask first. Good luck in Allasio.

  Not Worthy of 4 Stars

  Recently stayed here for 4 nights and very disappointed. For a hotel with a four star rating and price you expect a certain standard. Having just arrived from the 4 Star NHLs in Genoa this wasnt in the same league. The decor is dated and poorly maintained.The brass handrail to the main stair had never been polished and first impressions count. The rooms are also dated with worn flooring and padding to bed heads which shows staining. In addition to charging a premium they expect an additional 30 euros to use the hotel beach facilities. On a positive note the breakfast buffet was good with gluten free options My advice look elsewhere as other establishments appear to be better looked after

  Expensively Disappointing

  We stayed 4 nights in a Junior Suite. The room was adequate in size with a large comfortable bed and crisp white bed linens. The furniture was dated and in need of repair. The bathroom was adequate in size with clean fresh Towels but disappointingly there was no separate shower - it was over the bath. The Balcony was great with a fantastic view. We were given very little information about the Hotel and its services when we checked in. The Beach was across the road and we enquired at Reception about using the facilities and were told we needed a Ticket - we asked for a Ticket - it was written out and we were then told it was 25 per day for the use of 2 loungers and an umbrella - an additional expense added to an already expensive room rate. Later we found out that if a Towel was needed it was 3 per person per day - fortunately we had our own. The Beach attendant was surly and the Toilets and facilities dirty and the Bistro food was very poor. The Hotel staff generally whilst not rude were very abrupt. Breakfast was mediocre - and constantly the bread, pastries, meats and cheeses ran out and you had to then find someone and ask for replacements. The 3 macaroons given to us on departure were very tasty. Whilst we enjoyed our stay in Alassio we were extremely disappointed with this Hotel and as we travel frequently we can say we have paid significantly less money for significantly better accommodation, service, facilities and food so we will definitely not be returning.
