  Disappointed

  Hotel itself very beautiful and comfortable to stay in. Location is perfect. Thats why I stayed there for the 3rd time. But this time I was disappointed by the service- when I arrived late- receptionist wasnt professional at all, not nice, inattentive, tried make me to pay for the stay again, even it was payed already in advance.Then in my room on arrival there was no still water at all-even the Evian in the mini bar wasnt there, since it was late time I was tired to go to buy it. They packed my lunch box in laundry bag, which you can find in a hotel room. I know these all are just details, but details make our life, in this case it influences on my impression about the hotel, which is 5star, which is expensive( for Ukrainian rates) and claimed to be the best. Service is very important thing, especially in such high level places, and its not satisfying, unfortunately.

  Fantastic experience as usual!

  Im a Doctor and I travel a lot for business! I want to say a big thanks to all the hotel staff as they always provide me with an excellent service! This hotel now as become my favourite and regular stop in Lviv.

  From Grand there is only a name:(

  From the very arrival it was pitiful experience. Check-in. At 2 p.m check-in time we were told rooms were not ready and advised to go for a walk or change clothes if we need at spa. As we had excursion booked and all activities scheduled that was not option. Besides, the receptionist called us in the morning and we informed of exact time of arrival and our plans. When I asked for a manager to solve the problem the explanation was: We had very loud guest who destroyed half of the hotel so time was not enough to prepare the rooms. Really? As we were with kid and need to change I insisted and we were given a temporary room, but the experience was spoilt. When we got back and moved to our room there was no excuses, any compliment from the hotel for the negative experience, nothing! Rooms In the new part of the hotel the standard rooms are very tiny. Strange that rooms dont have any hooks to hang outdoor clothes. Not convenient when you get back from a rainy walk and have to put clothes to the same tiny wardrobe with dry clothes. I was surprised to find one of cups dirty:( The bed is comfy except for the small blanket which is more 1 person size than 2. Spa Good selection of saunas, big pool with chilly water and one jacuzzi full of people like sardines in a jar, cause again pool water is not warm enough for winter experience. Breakfast Limited selection, but all of good quality. For 5 star hotel fresh juices are definitely missing as well as good coffee and waiters, who normally ask for drinks in 5 star. The service. Here I beleive is the biggest problem from the receptions to restaurants. Not friendly, and definitely not 5 star. Parking We arrived when reality show Bachelor was shouted at the hotel, so the empty parking places were reserved to make show scenes while arriving guests were told to drive and find themselves where to park. Will I recommend Grand to my friends? Never. Lviv is great city to visit and I beleive there are more friendly, client oriented and ambient and atmospheric hotels, like Citadel for example.

  Good for business and relaxing

  good location, breakfast and unexpectedly decent spa. it is only necessary to pre-register for the massage if you like such an event. So , everything were super and I am really enjoyed staying at this hotel. in a word, I recommend it for business trips and for leisure. just book directly, it will be cheaper

  great hotel in a phenomenal location in the city center. they have good food and the best coffee in town. good and varied breakfast. staff very friendly and professional. has a swimming pool, Jacuzzi and several saunas, the water in the pool and Jacuzzi is very clean. definitely for every recommendation to visit this hotel
