  Inexpensive lovely area

  Friendly staff and stunning local area- although there isn't a functional restaurant there are places nearby to eat. The rooms are clean but nothing spectacular and the mini bar was not stocked. Definitely acceptable for the price and a charming region to stay in.

  Nice hotel in the middle of the nature

  the hotel, a bit old fashion, is a good place to stay if you want to be in the middle of the nature. You are surrounded by trees, birds...so peaceful. The pool is very welcomed after the long walk in the mountains. The breakfast is very good (the "pain au chocolat" is just delicious) To have in mind, there is a church near the hotel that wakes up you at 7am every morning :)

  Unfriendly

  Had booked this hotel online. Called them up and informed that we would be checking in by 8 pm. When we reached there, two of the most unfriendly receptionists told us that there is no room available in that building and that we have to move to the opposite building (which is really tiny with probably 6-8 rooms...doesn't look like a hotel at all. Thanks to my persistence suddenly we were given the 'last' room which suddenly magically popped up on their list. During the course of the stay the receptionist continued their rude behaviour. Anyways I learnt how to ignore that. Coming to the hotel...theres nothin 'grand' about this hotel. The rooms are in dire need o f renovations. Would advise you to go there without much expectations.

  Photos deceiving

  The photos of this place have to be very old because they make the place look new and decent. The reality is the place is old and smelly and in places just plain gross, like the shower which was rusty and moldy. We had a conference at a nearby location which is why we selected this place (and by looking at the photos). We also picked it because they had a pool (described on website as "spa", again with new pictures) as we have teen boys who would want to swim. About a week before our arrival date we were contacted by the hotel asking us to move to another property about 45 minutes away as they had a "large group" coming. We had made our reservations about 5 months in advance because of the conference and being in a remote location, so we said no. When we arrived we were dismayed by our rooms and the boys could not get into the pool because the very large group had it "reserved" for only their use. My husband read the riot act and the rude receptionist threw his keys! BTW the whirlpool part of the "spa" had no water in it. Again the "restaurant" pictures were from a long time ago and we never saw a soul in there, it looked like a sad room of bygone days - until the large group arrived and then they had it the whole time (however we did not envy them as I peeked in the kitchen looking for hot water for tea and it was absolutely disgusting!) Wi-fi was free however terribly spotty and constantly kicked you out so you'd have to go through a long process to reconnect. Terrible place - avoid unless you just enjoy old, gross places.

  Muy barato, desayuno espectacular

  Acogedor, cómodo, desayuno buffet riquísimo (quesos y bollería no industrial), muy buena temperatura en la habitación, bañera de hidromasaje. La única pega es que el spa no estaba operativo y no nos lo dijeron previamente.
