    I came to Baku for 7 nights , stayed at Grand Hotel Europe , Gotta say !! The Hotel was amazing , great staff , great service , everyone sooo helpful and always making sure to go an extra mile with the service , Especially Anar was Amazing , he was always helpful and happily assisting us in everything !!! Hotel cleanliness was amazing , restaurant food was delicious , Pool was very nice , location is near to everything !! Also it was my Girl friend's birthday , Hotel gave us complimentary Birthday Cake and Champagne , also gave us lots of complimentary wine and fruits almost everyday !! Thank You Grand Europe Hotel !! I'd definitely recommend it to anyone coming to Baku Thank Grand Hotel Europe for an amazing stay and for making my vacation extra special !!

    Good hotel

    We are in this hotel now.we have a family room.the staffs are very friendly and polite. Mr shef is very nice and kind.yesterday was my wife's birthday and he surprised us,made a delicious cake. The pool is clean but the weather is windy. Breakfast is very good.

    Good Hotel...Excellent Staff....

    Stayed for 5 nights.Staff was extremely helpful.Most of them...even though their speaking ability in English was limited,they were ready to go an extra mile for helping their guests.Very helpful.I stayed in double room and was alone.So it was luxurious.Good Toilet.It was clean.Cleaning lady was always ready for anything and was available at all times.Restaurant was good enough for guests.Mini bar was their in the room.Can smoke in the floor-common area.
