Nicely renovatedSituated in the middle of the town theyboffer their own private parking The hotel has been renovated in the last few years and has clean modern rooms, not the most spacious one but a good comfy bed with enough power sockets available Room has a nice big bathroom with a good spacious shower Breakfast is basic but in order

Nice hotel butOverall, the hotel is nice looking and well maintained. The personnel is quite capable and forthcoming. However, giving the price, we were expecting another type of standard. The room was quite small. The door knob for the bathroom was broken and the previous guest has left with the key (not reassuring, however not the fault of the hotel entirely). If you are looking for using the Thermes, this was not a good experience. It is quite common and not smallishly luxury (also unexpected given the price.. ). We booked the room and the Thermes 2 months in advance as a romantic week-end. Upon arrival, we were packed with 60 people and our sessions did not occur in the same time (even though they were booked together). The Thermes were very very disappointing... I do not recommend it.

Good base for touring the areaThe hotel is centrally situated adjacent to the busiest part of town. Free Car Parking and Wi-Fi are provided. Reception is closed from 12:00-14:00 and after 21:00 daily. Entry to the hotel and car park are possible by code provided with room key. The Rooms and Public Areas suggest recent modernisation. Rooms are well equipped with TV; Tea & Coffee making facilities; Excellent walk-in shower and hairdryer which is actually powerful enough to dry hair. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning though they are very compact requiring a degree of juggling with suitcases. There is a lift from the "ground" level though this requires navigation of some stairs on ground level and on the second floor (where we were). Access to the car park is down stairs from the "ground" level. It is therefore wise to check for access if you are a wheelchair user or have other mobility issues. The impression given is that there is a Spa close by - this is not the case as this closed some time ago and has relocated to another part of town. The public restaurant facing onto the "square" is not always open e.g. Sunday and there can be limited choice of eating places in town unless at the tail end of each week (Thurs; Fri; Sat) when most are open. All in all a nice hotel, well equipped, though compact rooms and a room rate of 107 Euro per night detract.

Incompetent service and service hoursWe had a moderate to good diner. During diner it was inpossible to visit the restroom since it was locked and closed. We had to go to our room. After diner 22:15, the hotel bar was closed. And this is called a GRANT hotel. We are as a group disappointed. Everything is closed in this town. Will skip it on my next trip through the Jura.

Not overly impressedReceptionist was very welcoming and helpful. Checked into room 3. View awful into roof and buildings. Room clean but small. Bed comfortable. Bathroom small little shelf space. Tea making was awful as cups provided were cardboard/plastic beakers - really, come on. Bathroom door closed by itself and locked!! Luckily we were on bedroom side. Car parking free but limited. Room was clean and bed comfy. Pillows were not so. Breakfast is extra 10 and was ok but basic and self serve. We didn't have time to use pool and didnt have items provided in our room. Used bar. Restaurant looked good value but house wine was expensive for what it was disappointed overall.
