  Small room, dark and dirty room, ldirty linen and torn towel

  I have spent work with hotel for several years, but when i came to this hotel, very surprising with the room condition and size.The room for superior type look like rent room ( kost2an ) very small even can't put pray math on the floor due to very limited space and a bit dark. Spots linen, torn towel and No TV channel list or hotel facility information in the room or elevator even for kettle jug i have to pay for, it's 3 star hotel but if 1 star hotel or below i can understand . I request for an adaptor and seem the HK staff confused with the terms. Lucky book for only 1 night.

  Average Hotel

  Location is good, about central of Pekanbaru City. Close to Pekanbaru Mall and street food in the night. There is a park and quite good. Staff in front office is kind and helpful. The room is not good enough if you placed in the room witbout window. I smells muggy, not fresh at all. Less point on the room only. Other is lost signal inside the rooms, only free wifi can. Breakfast is quite good Indonesian standard breakfast.

  location is good, but not the service

  had a bad experience with this hotel, i think the location is good. In the center of town. Near Mall and public transportation also so many restaurant and food stalls. It all can be reach by walking around. But there has to be improvement on managing and serving the guest.

  Could be better

  There are so many hotels to choose from during my short visit to Pekanbaru, prices are very close and decide to give this a try, first of all location is good ; mall/supermarket and food is within the vicinity. Minor hiccup during checkin but not a problem, room is pretty worn down, visible cracks on the wall however room is clean & tidy. If you are here for work or require wifi access, this part is a huge disappointment, i am in Level 5 and connection is so poor. Breakfast wise, small choices of Indonesian food (rice/noodle/meat) in buffet style nothing more.

  Crashing 4 a night

  Office picked out the hotel for me, thx god, picked nice. Room was spacious, a kettle was available, but tge fridge wasnt working. Ac also good, cable tv also ok.hot shower worked only in the evening, at 4 am, didn't even close to warm though. Wifi wasnt good. Due to flight plane, we skipped inhouse breakfast.
