  Staff helpful,lzakaya is great

  I stay with my friend 1 night , the room is OK, staffs are helpful and we found the Izakaya on B1, It's so amazing , the taste is great ,although we are not in the inner room(they told us the inner room has been booked). and the staff help us to order food. the breakfast is average. I saw a church on 2nd, I guess it's used to get married. so beautiful. I will go again.

  Nice hotel, value for Money

  This is a little bit older hotel, atypical Japanese culture, hotel staff is very polite & co-operative, location is around 2 km from Hamamatsu Station. The breakfast is very good, even Indian food is also possible for lunch or dinner on request.

  Nice lobby Warm Reception Fast Check in. rooms are ready before checkin Nice and Spacious rooms Complete range of toiletries with Toto washlet Beautiful balcony overseeing the city scape and giving full view of Hamamatsu Shinkansen. Adequate water bottles in rooms Good location of Hotel Good food with nice spread. Indian cuisine is possible for groups Good hospitality Nice atmospherics in Lobby and Restaurant

  Okay, but clearly not the best place in Hamamatsu

  A big hotel with friendly service at the reception but limited taste in all aspects (outside appearance, entree, rooms, restaurant) and a bit old. The room had a decent size and style but also here nothing really special. The restaurant has a nice view (12th floor) but offered limited variety of food.

  A Dump in Hamamatsu

  Room was outdated and carpet discolored and worn out. Poor customer service and terrible communication skills. No internet connection. Front staff does not help with phone calls or requests of any sort. No air conditioning. Ugh! Stay away!
